Not sure. Still no update or message from RamCares over PM. I have followed up with them twice over the past 10 days or so bur haven’t heard anything back.did they send out another bad update that many have to pay to get their radios working again? I wish I still had my F150
Typical. They are showing you how much Ram cares. Not sure. Still no update or message from RamCares over PM. I have followed up with them twice over the past 10 days or so bur haven’t heard anything back.
Yeah. It is starting to pop up more often too now while driving. Usually 2-3 times per trip.Typical. They are showing you how much Ram cares.

last update for my 2021 Durango was in November of 2021 so pray they actually keep giving you updates at all.all I have gotten was “wait to see if another update resolves it”.
That is interesting. What dealer was that if you don’t mind me askingSo I ended up going to another local dealer the first week in March because they said they had been having success with this error. They checked the antenna, antenna wire and everything connected to the box and all that was good so what they ended up doing is just squeezing the connector a little to get it grip tighter when it plugs in. they told me they have noticed that from the factory the connection can be a little loose even though it's plugged in all the way. They said they've done this on numerous vehicles with this error message because it all comes down to measured resistance in the system if it sees any fluctuation in resistance it sets the error because it thinks there's a problem with the antenna. it also explains why it happens randomly when driving if you hit bumps etc. I have not gotten the error since....fingers crossed
Also do you know which connector? So I ended up going to another local dealer the first week in March because they said they had been having success with this error. I don't think that would be the case for me. I can drive for 2 hours then park for 5 min and when I turn the car back on the error is there and sometimes it isn’t. Sometimes on a 1 hour drive it will pop up 5 times and sometimes not at all. Very random.I got the error a couple days in a row earlier last week, but yesterday it's back to normal. Near as I can tell everything works in spite of the error message, just press OK and drive.
So here's a wild speculation based only on circumstance. Is it possible that the UConnect box only charges its battery when ignition is on and goes dead if you don't drive the truck for like a week?
That doesn't sound like a very good way to have designed the system, but I've seen other things that seem silly. For example, the compass heading in EVIC only works when the infotainment system is turned on, so I drive with radio on and volume at zero most of the time.
Interesting. I am in PA but nowhere close to there, maybe I will call them and ask if other dealers more local have heard this tip or if they would be willing to reach out to a dealer near me. Not sure if they care to do that but worth a shot I suppose. It was Keller Bros. Dodge in Lititz Pennsylvania. Here is a copy of the report keep in mind that the radio module had been replaced by another dealer previously so that colud explain the loose connection but they said they have seen issues with the connection from the factory.
I do have a cheap OBD scanner, I suppose I should check once in awhile.Interesting. Mine was the exact same thing, totally random sometimes while driving, mostly when I first started it up. I'm going to my hunting camp tomorrow morning hopefully it will be good for the trip. Good luck moving forward.I don't think that would be the case for me. I can drive for 2 hours then park for 5 min and when I turn the car back on the error is there and sometimes it isn’t. I’m going to give them a call. Thanks again for the info. Starting to happen all the time.
