I have been having issues since I bought the truck on May 31, 2019. Truck build date is March 2019. Software on the truck has not updated since buying the truck.

Issues that my 12" Uconnect have:
1) Bluetooth audio will disconnect from my phone, and wont allow me to reconnect until after shutting the truck off and letting it "sleep."
2) Blue screen when using back up camera
3) If playing music via bluetooth, Sirius Xm will play in the background along with whatever audio is playing through bluetooth
4) After ending a phone call, the Uconnect system will be frozen on the phone menu, and shows I am still on a call and the rest of the system freezes.
5) Power steps wont deploy or retract intermittently.
***Not sure if this is related to the Uconnect, but when the power steps are acting up, pushing the deploy/retract button in my Uconnect wont do anything.
Went to the dealership in December 2019. It was acting up so I drove over there to they could confirm the issues i was having. I was told there was an update coming early 2020.
In April 2020, I recieved the recall notice (W22) for back up camera being stuck on screen. Took the truck to the dealer yesterday, May 14, 2020, and I was told they were having problems updating the Uconnect software and wanted to keep the truck overnight. This morning I was told my truck did not need the update because the Uconnect software was a higher version number...? I told the dealer according to the FCA Recall instructions, if the
Application number is LR-34.2, it did not need an update.
Mine was 28.1.0. They said they could not update it and sent me home. Scheduled an appointment with another dealer tomorrow to see if they will be more helpful.
