Turn Signal not turning off

just ran into this issue on my 2020 built to serve. Why did they have to make it one integrated part with the clock spring 😩
Going to call my dealer to see if they’ll help. Didn’t get a recall letter but apparently others have.

The recall was for 2023 models specifically, IIRC

The recall was for some 2023 models and some 2024 models. However I feel the recall should have been by PN. Mopar/Stellantis sold me a known defective part (maybe they didn't know it was defective at the time of sale; but they determined it was a defective part. They engineering changed the part with a new PN. However, they refused to give me the new engineering change level PN in return for the defective part I had.
