Me too. I have the current uconnect software but my cluster will not hold memory. Will this ever be resolved? Lol

IDK exactly but it never changes back to default... Even when you unplug the tazer, it stays the same.What does the taser do for this issue? Hold a better memory?

The Limited theme been like that for over a month now.
It loads his own splash screen to the bcm i guess, because it even says "Limited" when i start the truck, so it's definitely not the original splash screen that the truck has.

First step is to visit our Uconnect site to determine if there is an update available for you vehicle. https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html
If a software update is not available I would more then happy to get you escalated to Case Manager that can help during the corrective process.

This response is — frankly — insulting. This has been a known software issue since day one. We need the update that has been promised "next quarter" for at least the last year and a half. I started to feel a sliver of hope when other owners started reporting getting UConnect updates but those appear to be rolling out only to the 12" system and 2020 models. The 2019 models with the 8.4 system have been snubbed thus far.I'm sorry to hear this. Have you had a case open for this concern?

It is insulting. Maybe they would do better just telling the truth instead of blowing smoke up our tailpipes. The issue is too minor for them to give a damn. RamCares people are just middle men - some good some bad. But they have no control other than to escalate it to engineers. And I really don't think enough people have complained to get action.
