Theme color not working in cluster

I didnt even know there were theme options. Lol

Can someone walk me through this? My truck is going in Wednesday for the ANC flash and the brake pins. May have this looked at aswell.

I've been having this problem since I bought the truck and just checked to see if my system had an update available, it said my system is up to date. Has RAM said they've released a patch to fix this issue?
I'm Up to date. As you can see from further posts in this thread @RamCares We are waiting for the next update to rectify the problem. Any update on the release date of that update? Thanks in Advance for your response!
Ditto here.

Hello all,
Any info on a update for this Display Theme problem ? I'm having the same issue and my dealership has no update yet ??

Does anyone have a phone number or email address that I can use to discuss this Display Theme problem?

At this point I'm not having high expectations that they will ever remedy this issue

I'm confused. I have a Bighorn Sport with 8.4 display. (Halogen headlights if that matters.)
I've never heard of a theme/color change even being available. Never saw it in my user guide. Am I missing something? Or was this an option not available with some models or trim levels.
Thanks!

You'd think that themes would depend on which which infotainment system you have but they seem to depend on trim level instead: Laramie or higher. As far as I know that's not actually documented anywhere, though.

Its really amazing its going on two years without a solution.

Not true I can change the themes on my bighorn. Level 2 with nav.

Hello I am a new member . 2019 Ram 1500 I seen what everybody was posting about the theme color not working right. I have the same problem . My dealer gave me a phone number to call 1-800-992-1997 Ram support. They said it was not a Uconnect problem since the radio keeps its color. They gave me a case number and to make an appointment with my dealer. Ram technician will get with dealer mechanic at this time. I will update post as soon as I find something out.
I was at the dealer last week. The fix for this was supposed to be ready back in March,. It is now scheduled for Q1 2020

Unlock truck first with remote then remote start That’s the only way I can make my theme color stay the same

We need a #ALLBLACKDODGERAM version! (Yup, I know.)

And I have a bridge to sell you... They've been saying this for months now. First it was summer, than Q4 2019, now Q1 2020, and then it will be summer, Q4, etc all over again.

How much? Oh wait, I believed you for a second - just like I believe Uconnect will ever fix this.

Seriously though, I've noticed that the drivers screen holds the theme initially, then changes after the animated startup. This should be a clue to the fools at Uconnect, or at least provide a starting point to locate the problem.
