Price negotiated from MSRP

You should ALWAYS land between 18% to 23% off sticker. This is before any trade in if you have one. You may even get more off based on some factors but if you're in this range, you did good. I was just under 20% on a MY24 factory order and the dealer gave me $2500 more than anyone on my trade in.

Thank you, good to know you can still get 18% to 23% off MSRP.
Is this what everyone else is experiencing?

2024 RAM 2500 TRADESMAN CREW CAB 4X2 8' BOX HEMI
MSRP $53,290
Dealer Offer $46,211 before incentives.
This is 13.28% off MSRP

Is this discount considered good at this time?
The last time I bought a truck in early 2021 my discount was 19.17% off MSRP using the information in my guide.

In my opinion, for a Tradesman crewcab, you would be paying too much.

My son bought a 2019 Ram 1500 back in August 19' during the truck month sale. Sold it a year ago to get a 3 row SUV.
Now he's looking again and I sent him prices on 25's from the dealer I bought from in Dec.

He can get a $71K msrp loaded Laramie 4x for 23.9% off. Even though msrps have risen appx 15K since 2019, that's a pretty good sale price with no extra dealer add ons.
Course he'd have to pay to get it delivered from to NC but still.

His NC dealer(s) are lightly discounting 25's due to excessive in-stock 23's and 24's.

Where is he seeing those prices? I'm in GA and looking for deep discounts on a 25.

Look in Louisiana. The dealer salesperson named Anthony has posted on this forum/thread a lot. I wont shill for them however I bought there and it went fine.

@AnthonyRI works at Mark Dodge.
Thanks @mplaramie - we're at $17K total discount off instock Laramies right now (that includes dealer discount and rebates). Website shows it as all dealer discount but that's becuase rebates just loaded today. Anyway, that's about 24% off MSRP for many of them. Online inventory is pretty accurate but things are moving reasonably fast (both inventory and changing discounts/prices).

Just purchased Monday. Sticker was 76K and got the truck for 56K before trade in etc. 2024 Rebel 5.7L. I couldnt pass it up.
Nice, 5.7 is a good motor, just don't follow the recommended oil changes, change it every 5K/12mo intervals.

I've done full synthetic at 6k miles on my last 2 rams. The last one qas a 2016 rebel 145k miles I traded in.

Does anyone happen to know why the higher end 2025 Rebel's with Level 2 Equipment Group and leather seats are still not yet available? Does anyone know when they'll start shipping in volume? Thanks!

Didn't start building until last week of July on most of those. And for a lot of the year they also weren't open to order for dealers as regular stock, only custom orders. Should start to see them trickle in now over the next few weeks.

Thanks a bunch for the feedback!

Wow, impressive. Where did you find this deal?
Alvin TX. Seemed like most wanted that new hurricane engine and weren't buying the 5.7L. I purposely decided to buy this year so I could get a new truck with the 5.7L since 2025 it's no longer an option. They listed foe 58 and change but I knew ram was offering 2k cash back on 2024 models

I know there are different from the 2024 offering many items as stock and included in the lvl 1 so some have decided they didn't need the lvl 2 package

2020 Ram1500 crew Sport. 4x4, 5.7, 20" wheel package.

MSRP: $50,560
Bought out lease:

Down Payment: $3800 (no tax)
Lease Payments: $8000 (no tax)
Buyout: $27,000 (+7% tax)

Total paid: $38,800

Waiting for some years of service on the Hurricane I6 before I go for one of those. I hope they turn out to be good engines.
