Please post your Tire and Loading sticker

I have read that on a couple posts. also that 300# of driver and passenger are included but there is a lot of confusion out there about this stuff. I weighed mine at a CAT scale and got 5960# with me and 1/2 tank of gas, so 7100-5960 would just leave me 1140#.

Yeh, the 300lb thing has nothing to do with payload. It only applies to the Maximum tow rating calculation. 7100 (6900 for a 4x2) is the maximum your truck can legally weigh as it rolls down the road (including any trailer tongue weight).

Smart that you got it weighed so you KNOW where you’re at.

Any body have a Laramie 4x4, CC 5.7hemi (no etorque), short bed, with Off road package, sport appearance package, level 1 equip, bed utility group? Trying to figure out if I can afford the ram box’s or not ha

yes that is what I have. I was not interested in the ram box because I dont like the look of it with the gaping curved lid seam showing on the side of the truck. I had a 4x4 avalanche for many years and liked having the storage bins on each side of the bed but the doors for those were on top and didnt show. I would have considered them otherwise because the extra storage would be nice to have.

And what is your payload? And I’m a side note do you have any pictures? I’m trying to decide on color ha.

1324# I will add a pic but I need to reduce the file size for this site first.

Holy crap. My dimensionally smaller, non-frame, unit-body Durango is 7100-1200=5900 lbs.

That's heavier than every Ram sticker I looked at here.

I guess that weight savings hoo-haw is a real thing!

by those numbers my laramie weighs 5776#..at a CAT scale I got 5960#. If I deduct 225# for me and 120# for almost 1/2 tank of fuel I get 5615# app.

With your numbers the truck would be almost right at the posted number.

I have the Falken tires from the off road package. PSI and load capacity is probably higher for her because she has a quad cab.
