No, besides a longer pushed out ETA and then apoligized lol. I asked couple of questions and she said she couldn't help me and didn't have any other info for me.

I literally have been escalated like 4-8 times and I have "escalation numbers" each time. It literally does nothing besides getting some bs scripted crap tp push down your throat to cool you off for about 48hrs.

My blood pressure is going to escalate today I think!

Lol no it was "Chad" from FCA I called him yesterday and went absolutely off. This guy is the manager of my case due to my 17 Ram being a lemon law. I also have to work with the GM directly of the dealership too so I spoke with him to yesterday I cannot talk to sales guys anymore due to this being a lemon issue. I also spoke with Stericycle too

The escalation lady that called me didn't even know my truck was in Indiana lol she thought it was still waiting departure in Michigan.

Somebody needs to talk me off the ledge (or not!). I just about want to cancel my order.

After no call from Ram today, I did a chat with them. I was told that they decided NOT to call me back because everything is proceeding normally on their end. (How would I know this if I didn't pick up the phone since they were supposed to call me?) I was told to call back in two weeks to escalate. Goalpost has been moved to 60 days now!. I also did a phone call to see if the information would be different but was told the same. Here is one snippet from my chat:

AXXXX: Thank you for waiting, James. I can see there was a case escalated for you, however where it on schedule it was returned with the following information:

Have the customer check back in 2 weeks for an update. Trucks take 7-9 weeks+ for building.

Axxxx: I can understand your concern with this, James. However your order is on schedule. We do escalate cases after 30 days to have our ordering team look into things but if there is no concern it is returned.

I was then told I would NOT be receiving any phone calls about my order at all and forget about my escalation #


What is going on? Why can't they just tell me the truth? @RamCares

Have your dealer do a search - is there one on the ground anywhere matching your build??

Wow....Slim, that is infuriating. @RamCares, SUPER happy customer speaking, at 60k for a truck....maybe give the guy a phone call. I'd call him for 5 bucks.

Right there with ya Slim...pretty disillusioned with RAM at the moment...i bet it's a fantastic truck but it's a unicorn until we get it. 7 weeks today and still not scheduled into D1.

I knew there would be a tipping point. A couple weeks ago people were on here making excuses for Ram. "Late availability, it happens to everyone, ford xxx, chevy xxx, blah blah blah. I tell ya, if it wasnt for the absolutely best interior in an automobile in that limited, I'd be driving a new F150. There is no excuse for this gaggle truck of communication. I get better from the DMV

Dealership called today to tell me my build date is 7/2 even though it is showing a D status. They were told that they are now moving D1 statuses closer (a week out or so from actual build) since so many were waiting in D1 for 30 days or longer and getting upset. (Mind games perhaps). I was also told a tornado out west really messed up a rail yard and main transit rail so now deliveries have to be trucked and this is adding weeks to shipping and main reason is HUGE delays of delivery very to dealerships! Just st passing along what was shared this afternoon.
