I'll let you know! I do have an "Escalation" number assigned to me and the customer service rep actually called me back once already for additional info. Hoping to get the call today from the Escalation rep.

ok then you will get option 2. these so called "escalation" numbers mean nothing. I literally have like 8 of them

I went over to blow up at my dealer and ask them to earn their money but my sales person wasn't there. I did find out that all the orders they currently have in for RAM's are in D status...not sure what that means in the larger scope.

Did they just tell you this or you actually seen a document showing all their ordered vehicles are in D? I find that very hard to believe.

Only told me. I asked for my salesperson to call me tomorrow when they are back.

Plan on it. They have received some already (i test drove one in May), but they stated that anything they currently have on order is at D status

Plan on it. They have received some already (i test drove one in May), but they stated that anything they currently have on order is at D status

Well FCA literally just called me 2sec ago via my cell phone due to me escalating my order. Today is my 30th day in KZ status and my ETA now has changed 3 times. first it was 18-19th of June, then it was 21-25th of June, now as of today its the 24th-28th of June according to "Crystal" from FCA. MY truck has been sitting in Gibson, IN for 8 days and hasent moved.

Well FCA literally just called me 2sec ago via my cell phone due to me escalating my order. Today is my 30th day in KZ status and my ETA now has changed 3 times. first it was 18-19th of June, then it was 21-25th of June, now as of today its the 24th-28th of June according to "Crystal" from FCA. MY truck has been sitting in Gibson, IN for 8 days and hasent moved.

No, besides a longer pushed out ETA and then apoligized lol. I asked couple of questions and she said she couldn't help me and didn't have any other info for me.

Today, I have already talked to two telemarketers/scam type calls that I NEVER answer the phone for. Waiting for this call I have to pick up any strange phone numbers trying to call me

if thats the case sounds like someone needs tp be brought out back. this truck was ordered as a sold order on 4/8/18
