Day 27 in D for me as well. Hemi w/etorque and ramboxes
is there a dislike button, not for the message, but the fact both of us are sitting in D status
? I don't even have the etorque
So in the next week or so, they are going to be timed out on a lot of peoples Rambox/etorque orders. I gotta imagine they have some sort of game plan to appease the crowd! Like another member said, they have a big meeting on June 1st, hopefully that'll release some info.

Hey guys, update on my build. Did the live chat in the ‘contact us’ section of the RamTrucks website like many of you have done. Thanks for that advice by the way. It is basically around the average ‘speed’ so to speak as most of the builds I’ve read from most of you guys. In D1 status and ‘scheduled for build very soon’ but no exact date. Just to refresh ordered on 4/23, loaded Longhorn patriot blue with lower rv match walnut brown two tone.
How do you escalate a complaint?

One of the reps I was chatting with offered too. I got an emailed reply to it today..stating it was in "E" Framing - although it was in paint at that point! RAM tracking is lackluster at best.

Congrats that is awesome.
I just had my “daily” customer service chat. Been in D1 25 days now. I was just told I can’t escalate this until “45” days past my actual order date and not my 30 day D1 mark. I have no idea what’s going on with them as I’ve never been told that before.
It’s getting old and I am about ready to try to pull the trigger on a local truck on a worse deal than my order. Getting anything from RAM on a status is near impossible it seems like.
I'm 3 weeks in, and only 14 days in D. Not nearly as bad as others. But I have pretty much switched gears to waiting for my truck with ramboxes, but also checking daily for patriot blues that arrive in the area. Waiting isn't really the problem, but waiting with so little information is not as fun as I thought it'd be.
And the 45 day thing is the first I've heard of that. If THATS how they're going to handle further delays...that would be upsetting.
