So just to confirm, no one with Ramboxes (sorry, etorque wait doesn't apply to me

) has had their vehicle built yet? I just read through everyones orders and I think I know Kramersp, Slim and CJGerson all have ramboxes. As of today I am in D, but I only ordered last week. I think I read someone said late June, but I dont know if they were saying delivered or possible build date.

I would love my truck ASAP....but something also wants me to have a few hundred ramboxes go down the line before mine

Yes I am E-Torque and RamBox. I just checked this morning and I am still in D. This is Day 18 since I ordered.

Will make it easier for guys trying to see what all has been shipped and recieved.

FCA told me today I am in KZ-P never heard of this before.

Mine is just offloaded from the train at its final destination and on the truck to the dealer. I was about 60 days from order to build, and I suspect the only reason it got built is that someone put a rush on it at the 55 day mark. (much appreciated, stranger!) I had a cust service case "escalated' on a friday and by the next friday the truck was built.

I never saw any intermediate status. Mine went from D1 on Monday to Inspected on Friday.

The only thing that may have played out in my favor was that I didn't do the spray in bedliner. I did have electric side steps which previously someone mentioned were installed at the body vendor but ??

Based on past tracking I suspect it'll take 3-5 days from train yard to dealer lot. Unfortunately I won't be able to pick the truck up till June 10 or so.

My truck has arrived at the dealership. I ordered this May 1st, and it has arrived May 25th. It is completely loaded without the ramboxes nor e-torque, otherwise it has every option you can ask for.
I am so excited and cannot wait to show you guys the photos, but unfortunately I will not be able to until my wheels and rims arrive. Go figure, youd think they would be waiting for the truck but with this miraculous build and ship time frame, now I am waiting on Fuels and Nitto's arriving. Just my luck.

Great news! That means I should be about halfway through my wait - worst case scenario!

While doing my nightly Ram chat....the rep replied back that 25 days in D1 seemed very excessive and he was escalating it to find out why. I should back in 1-2 days he said...we will see what it brings!

So every time I talk to ram chat they just say "it's in scheduling" and they really dont acknowledge that the status has regressed from D to C. They only say what's on the current update. Any secrets? I'm sure regression is odd too. And they will get back to you?

If I specifically ask if it's in D1, they confirm. So has my dealer and Jeep Garage tracking. I received an email with the case number so I'll find out soon.

Same. I know they can track how often im asking....and as soon as I ask and find out, I immediately tell myself "ok, dont check back for a week"....I do that almost every morning. Anyways, today was the first time the lady was kind of chippy with me. I asked if there had been any change in my D status, and specifically if I had been moved to D1. She wrote back "Still gathering parts. ( not d1) and that I am in day 6 and should check back in a few weeks." Twenty bucks says I check back on Tuesday.

Here is the only advise I’d have and don’t take this the wrong way. I too am waiting on my truck and each day of not knowing is painful hahah...

Since you ordered an etorque there really is no reason to stress yourself into a nervous breakdown over this. They originally said fall for these engines I think so you probably have a good while. RAM nor any media has made ANY announcements on the engine or has it been seen. I’d just settle in for the wait.

This is exactly what I did and the outcome was "Check back in 2 weeks" but then within a few days it was getting built

My 30 days in D1 is fast approaching. Holding hope that I have mine by the end of June. If it doesn’t get to the factory line in the next week or two MAX I’m going to have to have a “come to Jesus” conversation with my dealer haha.

30 day mark you can file a compliant with the online chat to expedite your truck and also, have a reason why its taking so long within 48hrs. I did this and within the next 1 week my truck was in KZ status built.

Yes I was told the same thing on Friday. Day 21 in D Status for me. At the 30 day mark I will try and expedite if I haven't changed status.

Why did they close the customer tracking. But keep their website open. I think that the accuracy has a lot to be desired. My build and tracking took 8 weeks. Status was not accurate. Their updates were slow to show actual status. When it was delivered to dealer at night, Status said in transit train yard. "Updated"
Never seen KZX. so updated must of meant delivery complete. Forgot C. S. Their pretty much useless other than finding the build in D1

Maybe FCA would gets it act together if after 60 days of accepting an order they were required to have the vehicle physically enroute to the customers dealership. If not, they must pay interest through the dealership on the customers deposit or issue a refund. Then at least we would get some money to pay for all the aspirin were having to take.
