Also, when I ordered my truck I ordered the off road package and quad cab both weren't being manufactured at that time so I sat in D status for 5-6wks.

I still can't get my window sticker online. Anyone know why?

it takes a day or two from KZ until the window sticker URL works. Be patient it’ll show up there’s.

Curious if this happened to anyone else. I haven’t bothered the dealer to check on my truck until today. I check via online chat a fair amount and have been told the truck is in D1 since 5/10 with no other updates.

Today I spoke to the dealer and he confirmed the truck is indeed in D1 but said he sees an ETA ship date for 5/25 which is two days away.

Could it be possible that my truck has already been made in the factory and will jump into shipping really soon or is that date the dealer seeing just way off.

I just find it interesting the dealer can see that date and informed me yet RAM customer service made no mention of it at all.

Welcome to my world. Ram customer service can see it, but they don't say it. Mine was 5/19 then switched to 5/26. I haven't left D1 yet so it's very doubtful and frustrating.

Gotcha. That makes sense to me honestly. The dealership was telling me I’d probably have the truck in two weeks from now from what he can tell. It’s gotta be shipped to the Northern VA area so I am not buying that. Honestly I just want the truck sometime in June, even if it were at the end of June. Placed my order on 4/28. I’m hoping since he sees my ETA ship as 5/25 that it should at least get built SOON but who knows.

I ordered 4/21 and hit D1 on 5/1. Just trying to by my time until it's built. I'm a one day transit time via truck.

I was D1 for 2.5 weeks. then it was built in one day with no notice even though I asked customer service every day. Last saturday evening. KZ status shipped, and now my WIndow Sticker is available, the Ramtrucks.com website, after I built my own truck and selected search inventory indicates my truck is in transit to the dealer. My dealer. I feel bad for anyone building a similar truck to mine thinking they can grab it off their lot. LOL

That seems odd that a special order would show up on the Ram website as dealer inventory. It's got your VIN listed?

Same thing happened with my special order F150. The dealer "takes inventory" of your truck. It's all automatic.

This is how every order works. Regardless of dealer stock or sold order.

I'm pretty jacked up. My dealer said I have KZ P status now, which he says means body work. Which I believe to mean spray in bed liner being applied. So close yet so far. I'll be sure to post photos as soon as it comes in.

That should be JB status for the body vendor...should only take a day or two.

The dealer can only tell you the "estimated" shipping date and that will change frequently!
