Here is a pic of the one I have and the company I ordered it from.

Theoverlayguy.com is a fellow 5th gen Ram owner. I took have been happy with previous transactions with Reflective Concepts. Even got them to make me a set of OEM style reflective decals for my Dakota R/T when nobody else was selling them back in 2000. But I'd rather support on of our own.

Depends on what you are looking for. I have purchased from both, and both have been quality vendors. overlayguy doesn't have hood vinyl for the etorque performance hood emblems, so nice that there is an alternative.

Is there any drop in protection for your engine using a High Flow Air Filter like the one on the Ram Airflow? I drive in extremely dirty environments on a daily basis and am concerned the higher flow air filter will let more dust through.

Higher airflow can be from more surface area of the media, not necessarily less filtration.

Does anyone still use the foam diaper that wraps around the standard air filter for extra dust protection offroad?

That's possible, it would be nice if they had beta ratios for air filters like they do for oil filters

I keep reading these are for off road/competition only, has anyone ever had problems with the dealer when they see them?

They literally come stock on the 1500 GT. My dealer has installed them on trucks of all trim levels. There’s no issue at all.

That's what I thought but the description always makes it sound like its not for on road use. Since it comes on certain models it must be ok, I would think.

It's for legal purposes.
Can't sell them in CA if it doesn't say that.
Ok, thanks. Now I just need to find out some more about the actual filter. Think I will ask my dealer how it compares to the regular air filter for passing contaminants.

anyone know of any good black friday parts deals? Getting a little bonus from work so its burning a hole in my pocket.
