Taking my Rebel to dealership this weekend, I have the cluck from the front left specially while taking a full turn left or driving on uneven road surface, Sometimes its so strong i can feel a bump under my left foot on the floor mat! Any idea what’s that? And whats the TSB if there any for my problem? And where to print it? Thanks!

The tsb is in the title of the thread... Unfortunately, there's a lot of talk in this thread about the sway bar links causing a noise when driving, and that is NOT what this thread is about. What you're describing IS the correct symptoms for having the body mount clunk, TSB 23-047-18. Check out the TSB section of the forum for the .pdf file and make sure your build date matches the range of the covered trucks.

I read those symptoms and that is what my truck was doing with the sway bar end link issue. Best bet is to have service check both.

I now have this issue. It wasn't there and then today, it's very very noticable when turning and hitting bumps. If I can't get into the dealer for a few days, is it ok to drive?

I had the sway bar end link issue. My truck is a January build like yours. Dealer told me there is a RRT out for this issue and it’s not a safety concern. I posted the RRT number in another thread but I don’t have it handy. It’s a 15 minute fix.

I drove mine like that for months. It's not like the wheels are gonna fall off or anything. You should be OK.

I have the exact same issue on my 19 Laramie 1500 w/air suspension. Sounds like a clunk on what I think is the passenger side front? More noticeable going over uneven terrain or small bumps. I’ll be making an appointment and I’m anticipating the “run around” from the dealer, but we’ll see? Hope FCA will investigate this, I’m shocked at how many people are having a similar issue. My first RAM and bummed, love the truck

Well brought it to one dealer and they couldn't replicate the issue. Still was happening so took it to another dealer and told them of the TSB. they were able to hear it and confirmed it was the TSB. Retorqued the sway bar Link bolts and it's been fine ever since

Sounds like you found a new preferred dealer. (y)

Just left the dealer. They had to put 4 full turns on the passenger seat bar end link and 1 on the driver side then torque to spec.

Anybody heard any clunking noises while turning? I can replicate the issue fairly easily. Doesn’t happen every time but often. Not sure if it might be air bags, control arms, etc but definitely sounds suspension/steering related. Wondering if it’s something that will break in or a problem I should have looked at.
Sway bar not properly torque from factory. Dealers have a service bulletin to fix this. Had mine in last week. Clunk/shifting noise all gone!

Yup. Easy 15 minute fix. Nothing to get flustered about. I had mine in around 2500 miles ago for this and it’s been fine since.

Good morning everyone! This my first Ram. It's a 19 Rebel. Previously had 3 chargers.

I was excited about the truck until the clunking. I did read through all of the pages, and I've jotted down the TSB#.

I already went under the truck and tightened up the sway bar end links. They weren't that tight. I was able to get a few turns in. However, that did not fix my issue. At this point, i'm curious if it's just faulty end links and needs replacing even though I've tightened them due to a faulty design. Or if I do just fall under the TSB. I took it in for the radio not showing Carplay. Mentioned the clunk but they admitted they didn't quite look and wanted me to bring it back when the radio gets replaced to further investigate. I will show the TSB and mention the endlinks and bushings. I hope that's the extent of it. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!

Depending on your build date you might have an issue with the body mounts which can be a source of clunking too. Details buried in this thread.

Thank you for the replies.

I will be taking the truck back in next week for the clunk and will present the TSB and hopefully it will be addressed accordingly.

Correct. I read the whole thread. I called them today and told them about the TSB and simply asked to bring the truck back in. Hopefully they will won't give me the run around.

It's actually what this thread is supposed to be about, lol.

After reading the thread, it was starting to become apparent that it was issues associated in the TSB, and then somehow took a left turn, lol.

Either way, i'm having them check the TSB and endlinks.
