I held out on calling as I didn’t want to attract attention to the price and have them question it. I still haven’t received shipping confirmation so I just called. Hellwig has this on a National back order and no date release date provided. Those of us that ordered and didn’t receive shipping sounds like we’re potentially SOL.

I ordered mine Monday morning PayPal took the money I received my order confirmation and everything but still no shipping confirmation. I hope it’s not a National B/O because it’s too good of a deal to pass up. He tried to talk me into something else and I said no so we’ll see I guess

I never was told there was a shortage of these. Maybe there is a shortage now that they sold it to you for less than half the retail price?

Yeah the guy said he just had an update for another customer and read me what he told them basically. I told him I’ll wait. If it goes on through next week I will call Hellwig to see if they have that P/N available and call RealTruck our on their bluff if needed. Sucks I had it on order with Amazon but wasn’t “essential” so it was a month out before shipping so I cancelled it hoping I would’ve received this one

They canceled my order. Order Sunday. I asked about it yesterday and they told me it was on back order until they were going to cancel it. I told him that was strange since people who ordered after me and already received theirs so I will just wait and expect them to honor the price. They told me they would not do so and already refunded my money. Kind of a bummer

They put a ticket on mine but like others it will probably get canceled, orders Friday kind of sucks but now that I’m decided give me back my cash so I can order it else wear and get this done.

Real truck sent me a message saying that they are working with a 3rd party wharehouse to get more, i bet some shops came in and bought a bunch of these to sell

Finally got my truck back and installed it.
Fits perfect on stock height trucks. Have it set on the stiffest setting. Just didn’t use the end links.

Not many windy/bumpy roads where I’m at so the ride quality has pretty much stayed the same.

biggest difference is that it doesn’t rock like a boat when I pull out of drive ways and going over speed bumps at an angle.

Good to hear that they are shipping them too

This is the same lady I dealt with. Said she was going to cancel my order and refund me and I told her no you aren’t. Let me talk to the manager and that solved it.

I also ordered on the 12th. I called on the 15th, talked to sales/customer support about shipping and was told it comes from manufacturer and is on back order, no mention of an order cancellation. Have not received a reply via email from [email protected], .
