Looks good! Thinking of doing exact same setup. Ride still ok after having driven a few weeks now? Any problems when getting alignment done? Thanks
So far ride is good, a little more rougher than stock, gas milage is down to 12mpg

This is 6112s + 1/2" Motofab Spacer and Icon UCAs.
5160s in the back with Clayton Offroad Gladiator springs.

Definitely a tad more stiff compared to stock, but handles better. Eats up washboard type stuff beautifully at speed.

Nice truck! Do you have ORP springs installed or did you use Blilstein springs?

What setting do you have the 6112s on and are the Claytons the 2 1/2” lift ones? Truck looks good.

I have about 2.5 inch of rake on my Big Horn. I'm thinking about running the Bilstein 5100 at clip 6 with the RC upper control arms. With the upper control arms, is there a chance I end up higher in front than the rear? Or will i keep my 1/4 of rake?

Multiple shops in my area confirm they’ve put 5100s and 6112s on the ‘21. Just got a set of 6112s for my ‘21. I’ll post some pics when I put them on
Thanks for the reply. I didnt figure there was any difference but wanted to verify.

you're going to want more then 1/4" or it will look nose high

Every truck is a little different. You can read all you want on-line to get an idea of what setting to use then you'll have to pick a setting and hope for the best.

Depending on what you want to do you can always put a spacer in the rear if the rake isn't enough for you.

The UCAs are only to keep the geometry OEM-ish and don't have anything to do with nose height.

Would the front and rear 5100’s work with BDS 4” lift? The rear shocks are described as 0-2”. I want the adjustable in front so that I can ditch the preload spacers. But, I’m not sure about mixing the front and rear shocks up, Bilstein in front & Fox in rear.

I don’t think that will work in the rear. The rears are not adjustable, they can just accommodate up to a 2” lift.

That’s what I thought. But, you have the option of adding the Fox 2.0 shocks which are for 0-2”, I believe.

The 6112s are on the #8 ring. Also added a 1/2" Motofab puck spacer above top hat.

Clayton's are 2.5 lift for gladiator.

Does anyone have pics on setting 3 with an ORP?
ORP on setting 2 is as close as I can get. I tow a decently heavy (for a 1500) trailer and need the rake.

Before:

After: Don't mind the dirt..

Definitely rides stiffer, but not as stiff as my Wife's 2020 F150.

It also got rid of that 70's Caddy floatyness.

Just ran 800 miles this past weekend with a good load, up and down mountains of West Virginia. Truck ran and towed fantastic. Very comfortable, really felt stock. Impressed with the Clayton rear springs and Hellwig sway bar.

Power with the 3.92 was great and transmission held gear very nicely . Gas mileage was pretty horrendous. Averaged 8mpg with this load out running 75mph. I did expect this but hoped for better haha. I just now clicked over 4000miles on the truck so hoping it does a little better in the future as I have read these motors tend to get better after 10k. A good tuner will be added later. It is a big v8 on 35s.

Yeah the fox’s would definitely work. Not the 4” lift though

The Fox 2.0 come with the 4” lift, are they 0-4”? I can’t find anything on them. Everything I find on Fox 2.0 is that they too are 0-2”.

Here’s a story for you. I had a 2017 Tacoma. I had bought a RZR 1000 XP4 and a dual axle, 16’ trailer. The Tacoma would pull it, but BARELY! You could definitely feel it back there. Well, I was on the way to my buddies house in TN for a ride at Windrock (if you ever have the chance, GO!!). I got tired of the Tacoma struggling to pull as well as the small cabin. I stopped on the way at a Ram dealer. Dropped the trailer, bought my truck, and latched back up to trailer. It was SO much better! Best part that I love, is that the lane assist incorporates the trailer! It pulls so well!!
