Got mine completed. Setting number 5, matching 5100s in rear, and replaced the wheels with a set of Rebels.

Looks sharp man. I’ve already got my 5100s for the front of my non-ORP bighorn. Contemplating on whether to get the 5100s for the rear as well. It’s probably hard for you to judge but do you think the rear 5100s are worth it? Thanks

Has anyone installed the Bilstein 5100's on 2021 yet? According to Bilstein the 5100's are not yet approved for the 2021 yet as they haven't tested the setup.

I put 5100's on the rear as well. Worth it to me. The valving on the 5100s is different than the stock rear shocks. Not sure how drastic the change would be, but to me I wanted the best ride possible so matching the valving and stiffness made sense. I am installing hellwig when it arrives this week, but I can already tell a massive difference in handling and body roll with the 5100s.

Anyone know where to get some 5100s? Most places I checked are out of stock.

I ended up ordering the fronts from Realtruck (I think) and the rears from (Summit).

I was on the watchlist for several sites and none seemed to get both in at the sametime.

I found these on realtruck.com (BILSTEIN B8 5100 ADJUSTABLE LIFT STRUT) and it says it fits the 2021 truck. Just wanted to confirm that these are the right ones?
Asked the question before i could, i also want to know the answer to this. I reached out to Bilstein directly and their response was because of the pandemic, they are behind in confirming fitment for the latest model Ram. They urged me to reach out to Ram directly to confirm the strut would fit. They also said they did not see any differences between the 2020 and 2021 model year in respect to the struts. So I guess i take this as if it fits '19, '20, it must fit 2021.

Also, has anyone been able to locate these at an online retailer? I'm on the waiting list at Bilsteinlifts.com.

I also asked what the biggest tire is you could fit with the Bilstein 5100 and Bilstein directed me to online retailers. Im using the stock 20x9 night edition wheels on a bighorn.

Thanks for your help!

Finally got mine completed, Clip#7 up front, 1.5" ICON springs in rear, 35x11.50x20, stock rims. Total gain(with tires) in front ~4" ( 36.5 to 40.5), Rear total gain about ~3" from 38.25 to 42". So far the ride is about the same, maybe a little more bounce in the rear, road noise is higher then stock, fuel mileage is coming down quickly(expected). Best part I still fit in these small Texas garages
Looks good! Thinking of doing exact same setup. Ride still ok after having driven a few weeks now? Any problems when getting alignment done? Thanks

As Tazer stated I wanted to match the valving of the front so I opted to replace all 4 at the same time. I can’t comment on body roll as I installed airlift in spring airbags at the same time. I pump them up to about 15-20 psi when going up into the mountain passes and it stiffens up the rear end nicely to prevent body roll. Was planning on a sway bar but now I’m debating whether I’m going to see a big difference from my current setup.

Looks great.

I just ordered an almost identical truck.

Did you keep the ORP springs up front. Any UCAs needed or just the 5100s up front and icons and stock shocks on rear?

Multiple shops in my area confirm they’ve put 5100s and 6112s on the ‘21. Just got a set of 6112s for my ‘21. I’ll post some pics when I put them on

This is 6112s + 1/2" Motofab Spacer and Icon UCAs.
5160s in the back with Clayton Offroad Gladiator springs.

Definitely a tad more stiff compared to stock, but handles better. Eats up washboard type stuff beautifully at speed.
