I too talked to infotainment today. Nice folks! They will indeed give you $400 back trade-in on your 8.4 non-nav & $600 back on nav if you are buying the 12". Also call them and ask for the 10% that most speak of in the mirror swap thread. He offered me that too on the 12". So that is right at $900 or so off the current price....Still a steep price, but I will make that jump right after I get the power folding mirror swap accomplished which I ordered today from them. :p
What is the 10% off code do you know?
Im trying to go the infotainment route but the most they offer is 5% and it's just too much, 10% would push me over the edge but not 5 lol

I used the following but this is just the major parts. Small hardware is needed for mounting everything.

Radio module / brain 68317978AF is what I used. A newer or older part number will be fine.

LVDS video cable: 68082364AC was the cheapest one I could find and I used. ( Dodge Journey )
or
68417577AA ( Ram 1500 )
or
5064684AD ( Chrysler 300 or Dodge Charger )

Screen: 68312620AF with lane assist and parking buttons at the top
or
Screen: 68420967AD with only hazards button at the top

Bezel for the screen: Now this is a little tricky with different trims. Please verify color and prices vary widely.
Mountain Brown/Lt Frost Beige or Black 6EJ801N1AA
Mountain Brown/Lt Mountain Brown 6EJ811N6AA
Black/New Saddle 6EJ812XTAA
Indigo/Frost or Black 6EJ822C1AA
Mountain Brown/Lt Frost Beige, Black Interior Accents 6EZ151N1AA
Black, Black Interior Accents 6EZ152X9AA
All color Big Horn or Lonestar 6UV463XLAA
Black, Sport Badge 6UV473X9AB

Mat that fits in the top center: 6MB16TX7AA

Bolts that hold the screen to the trim are M5 X 0.8 x 12mm

Non-Nav only the HVAC plug with blue tape will also need repined before plugging into the screen. If you have nav already this plug will not be used at all as your truck already has the screen module connection. If anyone is interested I could make a plug and play adaptor jumper harness. Did you install clips in the dash to hold the module into the dash. Think I saw there are square holes there to accept some kind of clip for screws to install into to hold the module in place.

I made my own mounts. You can order the clips that pop in and screws. 6034833 are the clip in nut and 6101946 are the screw from what I can tell. You will need 4 to mount the radio module and maybe more.

If that is the FCA number, those clips are crazy expensive. What did you use. I am thinking some generic plastic square push in socket type nut similar but smaller than a license plate retainer nut

Correct Zip ties will work and are a very cheap in comparison. I used some random nylon things that popped in I found at a local store.

This is an amazing thread. I just read all 18 pages of it. Well done by you all for figuring out how to do this. I have no intention of doing this swap because Android Car play is good enough for me and I like my manual knobs, but just wanted to say "Good Job".

The pictures at FCA are vague, but I think those are correct or will at least work

It would be nice if a sticky was made of all of your efforts as you've listed part numbers and some programming of the truck to accept what you've kindly shared.

Posts #319, and #309 respectively along with reading one of my posts from yesterday for some programming software/OBD scanner, and Gateway plug. I'd share at the moment, but I need to get on the road.

For those that want to try them, PM me your address and how many you need and I'll send them to you along with screws to see if they will work.
