I would definitely say that you have something bad in the charging system, that could be the cause for all your problems. Should be 14+ while the truck is running regardless of rpm.

Is it possible if you can tell me if there’s a new flash for my ram. I saw there was a November 1st update someone posted that added knock sensors to the flash. I attached my last update number @Jimmy07
@Jimmy07 if possible can you tell me if there is a flash that’s currently newer then this one posted, I had one preformed on the 9th that needed with a O I believe

So currently we have 2 software updates available. These two have a whole host of updates for mulitable modules within the harness assembly. Each one of these modules are processors that act like a computer in it’s on right. This Alanitis Hi is very fast in processing speed. These software updates provide in new lanaguage so as to correct many stored faults that are occurring..Not all trigger a MIL light only certain ones that effects engine emission and driveable. One MIL light that seems to be recurring is a Auto/Stop relay # 3 stuck in closed. This will trigger a MIL Light. Also a ORB reader will clear any MIL Codes in this Atlantis Hi but I am hearing after so many starts it will reappear the code will..Also I notice people pulling the battery cable either pos or neg thinking this will reset all,but I was also told by a techthis will just show a fault for loss of power which could lead the tech in the wrong direction…So long story short these are just software updates.I see this also in many other makes and models and year.So applying lemon or dealer trade will just push the can down the road..So patience with this next gen Ram I call it a 6th gen for sure. Also this Atlantis harness is also in the 2022-2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is also experiencing these issue as well.

UPDATE!

Got a call back from Ram today that they will not move forward with a buy back. I asked them about updates on my truck and they just said to contact the dealer. I haven't heard from the dealer yet after leaving them a message earlier this morning. I need to find out if I'm going to have a loaner when I'm back in town tomorrow. I'm going to call Ram tomorrow as well and see what else we can do and also talk to the dealers manager.

You are allowed a rental from the dealership’s fleet for the first 12,000 and then depending on the issue warranty will continue a fleet rental for you.The reason for denial for buyback is and Ram does not feel you have given the dealership enough time for the repair. One must realized not all tech’s have gone to school on this Atlantis Hi harness assembly and it is been on the Jeep GW for 2 years and not many people can afford a Grand Wagoneer L yet.So hands on is learn as you go type with tech support on the line. But dealership are sending them it is just not in large numbers maybe one at a time since there is such a shortage of tech’s right now…Also careful with a dealer trade the numbers may not come out like you would want them. But currently Rebel manufacture money has increase to 5000.00 now up from 4000.00.I myself I say stay the course.

Yeah I really don’t want to trade in and take a hit. I was hoping ram would just let me switch it for another truck. It’s been at the dealer three times and a total of 6 weeks now. Apart of lemon law, I’m wondering if I should just keep trying my luck on getting Ram to do something else?

Ram said no, have you contacted a lemon law attorney?

I took a 75-mile round trip on the freeway last night to pick up my wife at the airport. By the time I got back to surface streets the hesitations have returned, pulling the battery cables only last about 100 miles-ish. Ive also now started having issues with the door mounted mirrors not returning to position after reversing (had the auto tilt down turned on) and the passenger window intermittently won't go up, it goes part way and reverses. Starting to have intermittent issues with the radio suddenly going silent while driving too. I really regret returning the first ram 1500 for the buy back, it was great with zero issues after over 1000 miles. Almost forgot, this truck also has a pretty loud knock when going over speed bumps, when the front suspension is unloading. feels like loose shock nut or shock dampening disappears near the top of the stroke.

I've experienced similar behavior from the door mirrors. After being in the tilt-down reverse, they returned to a rather high position (I could mostly see the roof of cars around me. Maybe a default position?). I did have the mirrors saved in my profile, but it did not seem to help. I may have done what 2025 rebel junk suggested by pure coincidence since I haven't noticed an issue recently.

I've had the same issue with the passenger front window (one-click auto-up). We would be able to close it by holding the switch up through the full actuation. It took two visits to the dealer. First time they decided to order a new body panel and I had to wait weeks for it to come in. Second time they replaced the window regulator. That was last week. So far that seems to have done it.
