I have the exact same issue - all connected services longer function, i.e. SOS-911, Speak and Go navigation, Send and Go Navigation (wifi hot spot and remote lock/unlock and remote start are fine though). Talked to Sirius XM Guardian, they're not the correct people (I also did the wait 30 min three time stuff - no fix), but they did comp me a month of charges since the service is not working.
You need to talk with Uconnect and open a ticket, then escalate it up to their "Connected Services" team. They are the ones that claim to be able to fix the problem. The Uconnect team told me do not go to the dealer just yet. They want to send a reset signal to my truck. They claim this should fix it. Unfortunately they are very slow in getting the ticket created and the reset signal sent - maybe the holidays caused the slowdown. If the reset every gets sent and does not fix the problem, then a trip to the dealer may be needed to get a replacement radio. I have a 2019 limited that is experiencing the same issue. Everything worked and then I did the map upgrade. I am subscribed to Guardian but the Assist and SOS buttons as well as the Nav search feature is not working. I opened a ticket with Sirius Guardian and got an email that I should let the car run for 30 minutes and repeat 3 times and if that didn't work make an appointment with the dealer. Needless to say I am dropping my truck off at the dealer. I hope they can do something, very frustrating to pay for a service, pay for an upgrade and then it gets broken and can't use it.
@RamCares, if you are listening, can you provide any help or work with the dealer and possibly find a solution for everyone?
Thanks for that. I don't use Guardian's services, but NAV search (non verbal) works without Guardian - so I guess I'll forego this new map update until I see posts confirming a future version won't screw the pooch.
