2019+ Rams with Lifts/Levels, and/or aftermarket wheel tire setups

Truck looks great....How much trimming did you have to do with the -18 offset? Why didnt you do the 3.5in SST?

No trimming needed. From what I researched on here it was going to fit. If i did the 3.5 i would have gone with 35's but i drive 25k miles a year and didn't want to lower my gas mileage too much.

Got it...I looked quick and thought I saw 35's.... The 33's look great with the 2in.

It depends on the wheel type. If it's a wheel that is concave or has a lip the offset will be different than a wheel that's flat. I just bought Black Rhino Traverse 22X9.5 25 offset with Nitto Ridge Grappler 305/45 that should sit flush with side of truck but the wheel is a deep concave design so that's why so much offset is needed. I'll post pics. Installing TPM sensors, mounting, balancing and putting on truck tomorrow. I want them as flush as possible. I know a new trend is to have 12 or 14" wheels with crazy offset sitting several inches past body line for a "stance" look but it's not for me. Hope that helps and pics will follow with weather permitting.

Mine has went through a couple different steps and I’ve shared most of these in my towing thread but figured I would add them here also to this wealth of knowledge.

Stock form the day I brought it home...

275/65/20 Firestone Deatination MT2 on stock rims and stock height. They did not rub but came VERY close...

2” RC leveling kit fixed the clearance issues, room to spare now...

And for those saying they do not want to level because they tow, I installed the Timber Grove air bags and have no issues. Here it is pulling a 27’ camper (32’ bumper to hitch) with an advertised dry weight of 6600 pounds and hitch weight of 660 pounds. Real world that puts it in the upper 7,000’s with 800+ pounds on the hitch. I have 35 psi in the bags and everything still sits level.

The MT tires are temporary, I’m going to be switching them out with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers...just trying to decide if I want to go with a 275, a 285, or a 295 on my stock wheels.

I almost went with 285/55 22 Ridge Grappler but I can honestly say I'm so glad I didn't. They would've have probably rubbed and I know the ride and power would have been hurt. The 305/45 22 is 4 Ply vs 10 Ply for 285/55. Ride, power and MPG would suffer but instead I now have a meaty 33" Ridge Grappler on much lighter than stock wheels so I feel the look is awesome, acceleration is as good or better than stock since I lost weight but still gained an inch of height and width. Ride is better and didn't know that was possible. Handles better, looks better, ride better. Completely happy with my choice. Now time for power mods. This thing already feels as fast and planted with these wheels and tires as my old 2008 Trailblazer SS.

Do you have a level kit on your truck?

So I am really considering the Mayhem Prodigy 8300 20x9 0 offset, on my RC 2" leveled laramie. But i am bamboozled on tires, anyone have idea's with this wheel set up what tire set up would work with NO rubbing or trimming? Thanks for your input.

295/60, 285/65, 33x12.50, 305/55 should all be no problem. You can probably even go 35x11.50 and still be ok.

I was thinking the 285/65 or the 33/12.50 but wasn't sure on the spacing in the wheel well with the additional offset.

Nitto Ridge Grappler is obviously my favorite truck tire. Expensive, but look, perform and ride amazing (except 10ply, a little rough and very heavy). They have a 305/55 20 (almost 34"). Unless you are willing give up power and ride quality just to get another 1" this tire would be my pick. Is the wheel you want available in a 20X9.5? 9" may be a tad to narrow for a 305.

The Ridge Grappler 305/55 20 will fit the 9" wheel just fine.
