Yup. Dropped my limited off for an oil change at dealer, called to pick it up a few days later and they said my truck won’t start, they don’t know why, and are waiting for an engineer from Chrysler to come look at it. Tue next week will be 2 weeks since I dropped it. Can’t believe how much I spent and I’m riding around in a loaner
Cold temps? Are all the electrical systems unresponsive as well?

Sorry that happened to you, friend. Good luck and please keep us posted!

@RamCares - any insights?

No cold temps. In Texas. It was at dealer, so going off what they said. They said they got it jumped to pull into bay than it hasn’t started since, will not hold a charge, and when they ordered a new e torque system to replace mine Chrysler put a hold on order until they could look at it

Update #5. Truck is back, working fine. Gentlemen down at the truck center have no diagnosis. They ran battery tests, double checked all grounds, had their Ram guy run it around the lot - found nothing.
While I am happy it is back and working good, I am obviously concerned. We have no leads or culprits. If this happens again I will be contacting dealer about a full replacement vehicle because this can turn into a life threatening situation given the types of off-roading I do especially in the Winter.

Will keep this thread updated, thank you all so much for the help!

Hey all,

Picked up new truck 2 days ago. Went out earlier and the truck is completely dead. Have a noco genius boost gb150, did nothing. AAA came, verified it wasn't the battery. Nothing is responding in the truck whatsoever. Was going to have it towed to Ram truck service - tow guy came, pulled the neutral switch but the e-brake was engaged last night. Can't get the truck onto the bed. So now I have called the dealership and asking them to send a specialist out. Waiting to hear back.

Any ideas?
@RamCares - Your support here would be appreciated.

Good luck with that. You'll need it to crap out on you 2 more times, then arbitration, then possibly court. But you never know. Maybe your dealer will step up if it comes to that. Oh, and don't bother with ramcares. They don't. They'll log your issue, give you a number and that's it. Don't waste the keystrokes.

Whole back half of my truck is the wrong color and all i've been able to get so far is a tiny trade in allowance from FCA. Which means I get to trade my new truck in for whatever it's worth, subtract the allowance and then fork over the difference. Oh joy! They'll repaint the entire back of my brand new truck though, if I choose to let them. Other than that, they don't much care.

How did the back half get painted in the wrong color! That is wild, man. Let us know how it goes.

I talked to my dealer and was very "concerned" about the potential for life threatening issues should the vehicle do it again while I am travelling and I think that worried him.

The paint flew off the hood roof and tailgate in sheets on my 2015 Laramie. I could see it flying off my roof in my rearview mirror as I am driving down the highway.

FCA/Ram did nothing. My dealer was so sympathetic that they covered half the repair, then offered me 30k on trade-in on a 19.
