Two cables for two antenna's is the most likely reason. The frequency bands between terrestrial and satellite radio are not close - one antenna cannot receive both.
My battery just abruptly died 2 weeks ago. Parked it in the evening and the next morning and nothing - no lights or anything (it was at 4V when I measured it). There was no warning just one day to the next. And I did check to see if I had left anything on and nada. Plenty of evidence on...
Pretty sure there is a thread around here that explains it in detail. But, if I recall correctly, this has to do with battery charging/recharging and your system needs less voltage to keep the battery topped off the longer you are driving (very non-technical explanation).
The article linked under the news section lists: PCM calibration software. This makes me wonder if certain driving styles exasperated this issue. My MPG didn't change after, but I also never had an issue with stalling.
Mine was performed about 2 weeks ago - very slight change in MPG that I attributed to the switch to the summer blend. Mine never did stall before sooo who knows if it even needed the change? I also had the tailgate recall performed and, for the first time ever, it opened while I was driving
Turns out it was the mirror - of course it has taken 7 months for the dealer to get a replacement. It gets installed on Saturday, figure November before I really get to see if the new one is better.
I use mine all the time (Syracuse, temps do get cold). 27 out the other day and in 5-7 minutes the cab feels like a sauna (so said my GF when she opened the window).
Shoot, since there is no separate fuse, guess I will need to have the dealer look at it. I ran it for 15 mins this morning. The passenger side was warm to the touch and the driver's side was cool. I may try to get a FLIR camera before I take it in to show the dealer.
My Driver's side heated mirror is not working (yeah, that time of year already). Anyone know which fuse powers this mirror? I can't find in my book or online.
Thanks,
Hmm, my 2021 with an 8.4" dims during the daylight hours when I have my lights on. I just noticed this on Sunday - I was struggling to see the route on my display and realized the lights were on (about 10 am). I could have played with the dimmer switch but I just turned off my lights (I had...
Not sure what you want to transport, but why not purchase a hitch extender? I recently purchased one and it gives my bed about 10'. I have not tried it yet, but it should work (in theory and wobbliness aside).
