Settings->General->Carplay Both my Uconnect and my BMW show up here. They do have different settings available. The BMW is wireless carplay maybe that is why they are different. FYI I have no recollection of ever having to go into these settings.

I'm pretty sure the remote start won't work if the battery voltage is below a certain level. Your battery is pretty much at end of life. Have you had it tested? You could just replace it and likely move on.
