2022 ram not seing the fob

2 weeks ago i was in the bush and at 5:30 in the morning started my truck with the remote after it warmed up shut the truck off 15 minutes later went in the truck to start manually has we were going to leave well it wasn't seing the fob and open the truck door and theft alarm went went got the other fob and same issue this went on for an hour with me disconnecting the battery tried everything even using the fob pushing the start button after an hour with me searching online for a solution the power in the dash all lit up and truck started normally after contacting Ram i was told its a system glitch and today the dealership manager told me yah it happen sometimes when you lose the satellite i couldn't believe what he just told me.

Went in the shop yesterday and they told me they ordered a new radio somehow its related

That is the classic symptoms of a failed or nearly failed RF Hub. The vast majority that fail is caused by water intrusion through the back window due to the very common leaking window seal. This can be intermittent and the vehicle may start and act normal all of a sudden. But trust me it will catastrophically fail on you.

Apparently it my radio the issue i though it was a joke but never know these days with technology

Not sure how the radio plays into this. If anyone knows please provide the info. I feel like you could remove the radio and the vehicle would still start normally. Am I wrong?
