Truck wont start - is it my battery sensor or the battery itself?

I found this after the dealership cost me $700 to replace the batter sensor. So i wanted to google the sensor issue. Said it allows constant drain when not working so my battery is dead in 5 days. I ask have a weird issue that as I walk by my truck with the fob in my pocket, doors unlock/lock. I challenged them about this because it started after they did my airbag recall. They will need to answer this when I pick it up in a couple hours.

Feel ripped off paid 850 for diagnosis and sensor replacement. Expect same problem returned 2 days later. Took back to dealer after they agreed to diagnosis again with no cost. Now they say rf and it is bad. I’m picking g it up and will investigate and repair myself. Sounds like that could be the source of my lock/unlock randomly as I walk by the truck.

When you say "rf" I assume you mean RF Hub? Having gone through 2 RF Hubs, I can tell you DIYing the physical replacement part is easy. However you cannot program it to your keys yourself. You will have to go to the dealer to have that done. Also they always say they cannot guarantee that they can program to your existing keys. But both times they were able to reuse mine so I didn't have to purchase new FOBs. Let us know how this all goes for you.
