The link in my post for the $500 from TrueCar still seems valid.
Just my luck. Clicked the link worked like a charm. Looks like TrueCar $500 is still working. The day I picked up my truck, the link was leading me to military discount. Has anyone been able to get PenFed/TrueCar discount after purchase? Truck purchased on 5/4/21.

This is a level 2 2021 big horn. It shows dealer discount already, is it possible to go lower than that ?

Been lurking on this site for a really long time, the used vehicle pricing lately has made affording a new Ram a real possibility for me, but I would need a deal like something you show here. How are you getting the truck from LA to NJ? I'm in Upstate NY and am not finding much luck with local dealers so may need to branch out my options!
They shipped it for me. It was $1,000.

Just expect there to be a bunch of dealer add-on's that'll bump up the price. We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Russell Westbrook a couple years back which had the add-on's. Before we even started negotiating the price, I told them that all of the add-on's will be removed or else we'd be leaving right then and there. They took the add-on's off without much of a fight.

Russell Westbrook used to have a much better dealer discount, but I've noticed with the current market they aren't discounting them nearly as much as they used to. Seems to be the norm for most dealers currently.

So I made a deal on a truck today. Plan to get a loan from the credit union, so no financing incentive used. Is the penfed on top of most things. Could I go back with the promo code I got and get another 1k off?

Yes. Not stackable with Military or mailer or TrueCar, but is with all national and regional rebates.

They really must want to lease vehicles in the Mid-Atlantic. Incentives are HIGH

So Ram puts up these incentives for a lease. I assume they are like purchase incentives. It does state "get up to". To me that implies that if you qualify you could get up to, in this case $4600. Just like the purchase 1000 bonus cash + 2000 consumer cash = $3000 that I see people getting for a purchase (of course depending on a few variables like 0% etc). But they are getting the full amount for their category. I'm finding out that for leasing this doesn't appear to be the case. After making inquiries I see no way you can get $4600. The MALMA $2750 is if you use other than Chrysler Capital. The 35LM1 is C.C. only , MALMC C.C. only, and the kicker the 20MC5 which states CC Bonus Cash can't be included with the other two on a CC Lease nor the first. I'm of the impression this is no more than come on down tactics on par with dealers listing their vehicles price with ALL incentives that you may but will most likely WON'T qualify for. Pretty sleazy.

I'm hoping that someone can prove this is wrong. I spoke with FCA incentives twice over the past two weeks. The first rep was very helpful and provided all the info clearly although these incentives weren't available at that time. I spoke with a woefully inept one yesterday about these lease numbers and came away with zero clarity. She couldn't confirm anything at all and could only offer that if I went to a dealer they could answer all my questions. REALLY?

This means the difference in me getting a truck or not so I'm pretty bummed, pissed and confused. Help please.

Also watch out for the UP TO discount shown on the Ram website. They are showing automatic package discounts on the sticker as “savings” included with rebates. Sorry Ram, but that’s not a discount I will give you credit for. MSRP is MSRP.

Those lease incentives actually are not that great. The big portion is IDL bonus cash, which is not applicable to 99% of people that lease because almost everyone leases through Chrysler Capital. And it isn't even that great right now, the IDL lease cash was $4,000 on my Laramie in Sept.

I hear you. $1350 ain't all that. Give me the $4600 and let me stack the $1000 coupon = $5600 and I'm in. Big differential there.

So you didn't use Chrysler Capital? Was the MF and RV higher?

I didn't lease, but remember what the IDL lease incentive was.

finally ordered the Ram limited on Monday 05/03 from Phillip and Ayden in Seattle ish... similar deal to Aaron in Lake Charles LA. figured I was closer to Seattle as I am in San Diego. So I went that route.
signed up for Penfed the same day. made a deposit online. will wait the 60 days then try to play that 1k card. I am going to do the 72 mo zero % route. talked to them, today they said mid July to early august.
My X5 lease is up late June. I called BMW and they extended my lease 2 months. same payment and added 1250 miles/mo . If I return early (if ram is ready)I will get a credit for unused time. interesting as I didn't know how that would play out. now I wait for my Ram.. pretty stoked. . lol

Do not turn in your lease without checking what Carvana, CarMax, or Vroom would pay you for it. In this market your cash value could very well exceed your residual.

You have a point, they're making people believe something so they are inclined to buy because they are getting such a good deal. I think most people get that one though. The $2300 savings on the BH 2 to me implies they have discounted that pkg by $2300, or in other words the pkg would cost $4800. The cash incentives for purchase are generally clearly stated. I know some don't realize the stipulations of the 0% not getting full incentives, but at least it is stated. I also get there wouldn't be an FCA incentives line if many weren't confused. Just think the lease incentives should be stated more clearly and NOT say up to $4600 when there is no way to get there. If there were stipulations to getting there, alright. State them, but there aren't.

To say I'm going to trust a dealer to give me accurate/complete info... give me a break.
