Finalized my purchase through Aaron last night! DocuSigned all my documents. Too good of a deal to turn down and he just made it so easy. Was going to order but he ended up having the exact build I was looking for come in!

MSRP: $75,290
Sale Price: $64,140 (+$219 dealer fee)
Discounts: $3,000
% off MSRP: 18.5%

He was also $2k more on my trade than any other dealer, including Carvana/Vroom/CarMax.

Now to plan my road trip to take delivery on Monday!
And no high pressure sales pitch from the Finance Guy! They have it down to a science!

Finished up the paperwork yesterday after my Rebel arrived at Mark Dodge. Final numbers came out to 16.5% below MSRP before TTL. My goal was 18%, but the Rebels just didn't have much room for Aaron to budge like the Big Horns, Laramies and Limiteds have. Also the incentives dropped by $500, so that didn't help either. Overall I'm happy. I would easily do business with Aaron again. That guy is awesome. With all the people he's working with right now he still finds time to answer an email or text within the hour or so.

MSRP = $61,255
Price with Incentives includes $1k Ram email Cert = $51,165
OTD = $56,553.62

I wanted to add the Arizona dealers wouldn't come close to this price. The Rebels on their lots they were selling for MSRP plus incentives. When I asked about a factory build it was the same thing. MSRP plus incentives only. That was through several dealerships here. I had one quote me on a Rebel they had on their lot that didn't have everything I wanted, but was curious about their pricing. MSRP was $59,500, after incentives and TTL my OTD quote was over $61k. Absolutely crazy numbers. Even with shipping my car from Mark Dodge I'm saving over $5k.

I wanted to order from Carl as he would have been much more local than Aaron at Mark Dodge. The dealbreaker was that Carl told me it was impossible to lock in incentives at order time like the 0% financing offer. Aaron got it done & got my order.
Yeah he didn't want to lock them in either. But since it will be a lease as my company truck and the incentives aren't that great this month I took a gamble on it. Be nice it is delivered around 4th of July... maybe much better incentives. I do lose out on the Ram.com 1k coupon that expires this month, But I can replace that with the PenFed 1k deal anyways.

I contacted Criswell...and could not get past a salesman who refused to get me to a sales manager or internet sales rep.

This salesman was inept. Criswell lost a sale.

What are people getting in the Northeast for a 2021 1500 Limited when you don’t qualify for a lot of rebates other than affiliate discount, and no trade-in. I see what people are getting great deals at Mark Dodge. And it’s tempting, but it’s also a little far and added complexity.
The best I’ve found right now is

MSRP; $72,695
Invoice: $66,000
Coupons + incentives: $2,925
Total: $63,075 +ttl

13.2% off MSRP.

I see a good deal people are saying is 16-18%. I was shooting for 15% but the sales manager was pretty firm on the price. Not sure if I just don’t have more room unless I have a bunch of other rebates,m. Also the truck just arrived on the lot. There are so many variables when looking at prices on here that it’s hard to decide when I should Hold’em, fold’em, walk away or run. [actually I know when to run. I had one dealer lie to me about the affiliate price etc]

Should I keep trying? There doesn’t seem to be a ton of inventory around for what we are looking for, so not sure.

I'm in upstate NY and ordered from Mark Dodge due to not being able to find any reasonable dealers any closer. Originally was going to travel down to trade in, but at this point I'm hoping to just sell my current truck to carvana and have my new truck shipped. I got a carvana quote yesterday for $3,000 more than my trade in offer, which would more than cover the difference in taxes for not trading in. Now my new truck just needs to get built and delivered!

Ordered a Laramie from Aaron at Mark Dodge back in Feb - appreciate this thread! MSRP was 63.8, before TTL I'm at $50.8K with 0% financing, so just a hair over 20% discount. Zero back and forth, best experience thus far.

Agreed - working through a deal with him right now - about to sign all the paperwork through Docusign. Loaded limited, exactly the build I was going to order, right at $15k off. No brainer.

Mine will be a drive-and-drive road trip so I can trade my '19 Limited at the same time and save on taxes. 24 hour round trip for me but worth it!
15k off, is that after rebates as well?

I just picked up my 21 Ltd Longhorn from Jason and Aaron. They were substantially lower than employee pricing and I had an FCA employee number that I could have used. They said it was too much hassle for them. Employee pricing is 5% below Dealer Cost. In addition, their dealer fees were only $219.00. You will not see that anywhere else! Give Jason or Aaron a call, Mark Dodge in Lake Charles, LA. And no sitting down for that idiotic sales pitch from the Finance Guy!! When the finance guy called, he had one question, "Do I want any addons like extended warranty, etc.?" I said No and that was it!
So I’m curious about the friends and family plan (FFP) pricing vs the access fund and tread lightly. Are all three of those the same thing (1% below invoice)?
I’m ready to pull the trigger with Jason and Aaron at Mark Dodge but was waiting for the FFP code to come in (which is hopefully next week), or I need to wait 30 days for access fund if it’s different.
Or are you saying that applying these codes don’t do anything to the price because Aaron is already beating it?

from what aaron told me they sell much lower than ep no control number needed. ffp is even less off its worthless. he is about $1,500 less than ep on a 4x4 bighorn crew i looked at.

Ok, if you are ordering, you do not need the access fund or tread lightly or any affiliate code to lock in the price. They are not rebates. Just inform Aaron that you will qualify for it and have the code at closing. Having the supplier code allows Aaron to add money to his dealership discount. The price quote you will receive from Aaron will be substantially less than even the employee price.

Haha feels like it. Guess I need to call on Monday
I highly recommend Aaron at Marks too, even though we weren’t able to work something out yet (not his fault though with the chip shortage and lack of incentives for my local zip code)....I still look forward to finalizing a build with him once things hopefully return to normal, although not sure when that will be

My local dealer usually has between 20-30 Rams on the lot, there are currently 4....

I picked up my Limited Longhorn 1500 from Mark Dodge on March 27 and drove to Birmingham where I discovered a cracked lens cover on the driver's side mirror...probably shipping damage. Neither I nor the Mark Dodge folks had seen it on the pre-purchase inspection. I sent Aaron a photo and he ordered a replacement part to be sent to my home in Texas. He told me to take it to a local dealer to be installed, send a copy of the invoice to him, and Mark Dodge would reimburse me the cost. Now, that's what I call a great dealership!

That is impressive! Usually the service stops after you drive off the lot. Good to hear!

Rebates get better as the year goes right? It's really depressing talking to my dad who bought his truck (almost loaded) for $27k...20 years ago, haha. Just crazy how much they cost now, but I'm not sure I see the price ever really coming down...ever.
