There won’t be any wires present in positions 21/22. Pry the red face of the connector off, insert the wires, the put the red terminal lock back on.
Thanks!! I will finish this up tonight then.

Got a link for what you went with? Been looking at a couple different ones.I've ordered a front mount tag holder that is wifi and connects to an app.
No wiring needed.
I hope it works.
Can you please provide details - pictures of how you did thisGot it all hooked up and working. I had to wait on the correct TE connector. For the 2020 Limited it is definitely 21/22 pins. Thanks for the help!

What is the name of the menu item in the Alfa OBD app, or what do I have to select? And how do I get there? Thank you very much.
So is this not required to get the front camera working?

Not sure, but 21 1500 now has cargo cam integrated led 3rd brake light option.I want to add just a factory cargo cam. Anyone know if the 2500 cargo cam 3rd brake light fits ours? Maybe there’s a good aftermarket option?
bump this ?i have a 2020 rebel, with the 12" screen. I would like to add the OEM front camera, is this just a buy the parts, plug them all in and using alfa/witech turn it all on? (is that even possible?)
The 2500 CHMSL won’t fit on a DT.I want to add just a factory cargo cam. Anyone know if the 2500 cargo cam 3rd brake light fits ours? Maybe there’s a good aftermarket option?
That camera is different than a cargo camera. It is for the digital rear view mirror, and looks straight back rather than down into the bed.Not sure, but 21 1500 now has cargo cam integrated led 3rd brake light option.

Sorry if I missed it before, but can you post a pic of the finished camera in the grille? I'm trying to buy as few parts as possible if I can. also how did you mount the camera to the grill, with a bracket or some type of epoxy?I actually used Jimmie07 information it’s on page 6 of this thread along with the below thread for clarification

Now I have the display and it is time to get this computer jamming. the long term goal is to have a working PC in the truck that can pull telemetry data from the CAN or OBD2 and respond to...5thgenrams.com

I used the AlfaOBD app (only on android) to active the camera. It was $49
I didn’t want to buy a new grill plate so, I used this sanding file (it matched the exact size of the camera) and filed down under the “A” in the front grills RAM logo and it fit in there perfectly.

I just filed the grill down and made sure that it was a tight fit. The file was the exact size for the camera housing. So it really tight to the point I can’t pull it out without breaking it.Sorry if I missed it before, but can you post a pic of the finished camera in the grille? I'm trying to buy as few parts as possible if I can. also how did you mount the camera to the grill, with a bracket or some type of epoxy?
If you have this style grill, get this part! Make your life easy, and install look factory, not chopped up. I also have another style that I’ll be posting up for sale soon.
