Does anyone else have a grind noise when turning right with the wheel at this position? Dealer couldn’t find anything and said FCA engineering is aware of the issue but no fix as of yet. Curious as to who else has this problem.
Please be sure to let me know if you have any trouble hearing from your specialist, @Rathiem!Just following up on this that it was better for a short period and has returned to its prior behavior. I am awaiting a case assignment with RamCares and we’ll see what that leads to given there isn’t a known fix that the dealer is willing to explore because of the TSB being similar.

I’ve been having the same issue and have looked at different threads on this forum and it’s really hard to really figure out what’s going on. A user posted a few videos that describes my problem so it helps to get on the same page. These are the videos.
A lot of people have said that the noise actually comes from the rear but can be felt through the steering wheel and on the floor. Users have also reported the dealer fixing Differential problems or rear carrier bearings to fix a rubbing issue but I don’t know if they had the exact issue I’m having. At least your dealer is recognizing a problem. Mine is clueless and can never replicate it after 3 visits.
Hi @LessDodgeMoreRam & @gibbynd - I apologize for the trouble. If you do decide to move forward in addressing this with your dealers, please know that we are just a private message away and happy to provide further support for that process. That video is the EXACT sound I have.
So happy to see that i'm not alone with that! have the same noise when turning right since November. Last month dealer replaced sway bar links (was pretty sure that will not fixed it) and off course that was a missed diagnose. Need to get back to them as my car right now is also acting like a pirate ship (squeaks) every time when body moves.
In the videos above that is the exact sound my truck made when turning right at slow speed. Dealer replaced the rack & pinion and that resolved the issue. Fixed at around 8k miles and has not happened again. 40k miles now
