This is a 295/60R20 on stock 20" wheels. No spacers & zero rubbing. I do have a 2" Rough Country Level Kit.

Looks great! I just picked up a set of 295/60/R20 Falken Wildpeak AT3s and I’m glad to here you have no rubbing issues. I was planning on going with the RC coil overs to level mine as well but wasn’t sure if that was going to be enough to avoid rubbing issues. My 19 North Edition already has a 1” lift using heavy duty shocks on all 4s so using any 2” lifting or leveling kit will only gain me 1”. I’m doing some research and debating on going with something that gives me a 2.5-3” lift?

Dont know yet, it’ll be a few weeks before I get them installed. Right now my truck is bone stock and doubt the 1” factory lift I have will make much difference with how big my new tires are compared to stock.

I could be wrong but the factory rake looks more pronounced on the North Editions. Definitely a big difference in wheel well space between the Front and rear.

Do you have any photos of your current setup? I've ordered the Mopar lift and 35/12.50R20 BFGs for my stock Laramie Sport ORP wheels...I am thinking they will rub like crazy. Would love to see yours and know if you have any rubbing issues. I do offroad often for deer and duck season, as well as random chores around our properties. Thanks!!

I don’t have any close up pics of the wheel wells with the new setup but if you expand this pic you can see the difference now. The rear is still just under 2” higher but I’m ok with that. I’m only running 34/11.5s and the only rubbing issues I have are on the back of my mud flaps. I need to trim off about 3” and I should be good. You should be ok with 35s but your 12.5 dia. might have some rubbing problems.

Anyone one have any recommendations / pictures of your truck having 295/60r20 or 285/60r20 tires. I know there is not a huge difference in height between the two. A 285 will ride "lighter" than a 295, yet the 295 looks better/meatier. Just curious to what width majority of yall are putting on these 20 inch rims, and the quality of the ride.
I had the 285’s on my truck. They were ugly so I swapped them for 35s.

Go back one post #46 and I have a pic of my truck with 295/60R20s. Only thing I would have done different is go with 35s instead of 34s but I still like it.

These are LT285/60/20. Little bit of a stiffer ride for sure, but road noise is pretty minimal. No rubbing, 2.5" lift

Is that “under certain circumstances” or did they rub period? I got the same tires today with just the 2” Mopar lift On my ‘19 Laramie. It’s close, but they don’t rub the Mopar mud flaps.

It would only rub under full lock either direction but it was pretty loud and embarrassing trying to squeeze this beast into a parking spot. I cut off about 3” or basically that entire stone/water catch basin on the back of the flap. Not sure what the purpose was for that. I’m surprised you had no rubbing issues at all since I have factory ORP coils putting me an inch higher.

It appears that there’s no magic... I backed out of a parking spot yesterday, which gave me an idea what rubbing noise you were talking about. I‘ll see if I can take care of those basins before they turn into ice buckets.

Found out that left rub was the Mopar mud flap, the inside pointing slightly in (towards the tire). Electric paint stripper did the trick I just pushed the inside tip of the mud flap back when heated and it stayed back far enough to clear. right side had an additional “rub” against the liner. It was not secured at the bottom (surprising) and flimsy enough to simply fold the bottom back.
did some vigorous backing in and out of the driveway left and right, seems I’m clear now. Attached a pic, I hope it shows how little it took.

How's the mpg and power loss with the 3.21s?

Really want a wider/taller look but all my truck is used for is riding around and long rides so mpg is stressful

Good call on heating that section up and bending it out of the way. Hopefully they stay put. They are pretty flimsy overall but it’s hard to say if that’s by design to hold up to the elements or just not a high quality product?

285 rides better than 295, despite being only 0.4" narrower, with the same load rating, same tire construction, and same tire weight?

So I'm racking my brain trying to decide which way I want to go also, but one thing that is for sure is that 275s are stock width and look silly on 9" wheels, 285s are marginally better, and once you get to 295s it finally starts to look decent on the wheel and fills out the wheel arches a bit. So, I guess I'm debating between the 295/60 and 305/55. Hmmm......

And after running 295/60s for a while, I've decided that in the future I'm going with a 305 minimum and more likely will use a standard width 12.50 tire. 20x9 wheels stretch out tires really bad. Gotta' have fat width to make them look decent.
