Having a dealer correct this is pointless unless FCA already knows what is specifically causing it. My truck does this maybe 1 in 10 starts; or maybe 5 in 10........whenever it wants to. Unfortunately, it has not done it for the dealer. It was so loud yesterday after work that I thought my drive train was coming apart. So, if you want to send an engineer out to look at my truck; then I'm game. Otherwise I will have to keep driving it until it falls apart; I cannot afford to keep taking my truck back in to the dealer all of the time. I have never had a vehicle with so many problems.Hi Tdogie83 and illucid,
Sorry this is happening to you! If you're currently working with your servicing dealer for diagnosis, feel free to PM us and we'd be glad to provide an extra layer of assistance while your vehicle is in service.
