What did you do to your Ram today???

Thanks for the reminder. I have one pending on mine that I keep delaying.

But my dealer is only 25 mins from home, or 3 mins from work.🤭
Guess where my truck is? At the dealer.... EcoDiesel high pressure fuel pump failed (yeah the recall), contaminated fuel system, getting all new fuel lines, filters, rails, injectors, and dropping the tank and flushing it... hard to believe metal didn't get into the engine honestly... So don't delay on those recalls... they finally got the part in a month ago and I had been meaning to do it. So don't delay on those recalls, especially the mechanical ones.

Got a new bull bar/ bumper guard installed. Only thing left to do is extend the parking sensors to reach. Looks sick.
Finally got to installing the parking sensor extensions. Only now I seem to have overly sensitive passenger front corner now...

I took mine to the local dealership today to have 3 recalls completed (75B, 66B, 14A). Luckily they were all software updates and only had to leave it for a few hours. This fixed my cameras that had quit working months ago. My passenger side power running board quit working over a year ago and they performed a reset while they were performing the recalls. It’s back to working now. I don’t really use them since I lowered the truck, but I wanted to get it fixed while it’s still under warranty.

Alright I caved and drove over 100 miles to have the transmission issue diagnosed and since I made a tech ride with me there was instant acknowledgement of the issue.

The next step is a drain and refill. They'll drop the pan but the process doesn't mean replacing the pan/filter just yet, just enough to visually inspect the valve body and fluid. My guess this won't solve it but it would be nice if it did.

So I'm glad the process can start but I'm still mad I have to avoid one dealership closer to me. Ugh... Transmission issues are fun. Especially this transmission. My goodness the process is gruelling even with a lift and tons of big shop tools. Anyways... I've seen worse especially on smaller vehicles.

Solve this and I'm getting loud pipes to reward the truck. But nothing gets done until then.
yyeah some dealers suck that's why i do everything myself after hours lol
luckily if I do need warranty work my friend has a friend at one of the local dealers (perks of being friends with/ working for someone who spent 18 years of his life going through Chrysler tech school and worked his way through the service department to become a master tech before opening his own shop lol)

LOL, there again this AM, 50 spots, 3 cars. I don t live in an overpopulated area filled with "KARENS" like yourself.
it's all good.
when i go to my friend's tea place my group of guys and i always take 2 spots each because we don't want door dings or other people's purses and other accessories rubbing on our paint.
also perks of being VIPs.

2 tubes of flowable silicone across the back window, took off the shark fin replaced the dried out foam with butyl rubber and did the same to the cargo/brake light also put the led's in it. the antenna is not even the least bit fun. my 2020 had a different slider and the frame was cracked, my 2019 slider was never replaced and seems to be higher quality than the cracked frame unit in the 2020. still it can't hurt to add the flowable.
next up fox acoustics box should be here before the end of the week, knukonceptz 0 gauge wire here tuesday so full steam ahead on the install
i had all this in my bighorn we can rebuild it we have the technology, i expect it to sound better in the laramie crew.
