How well has it held up, how long ago did you do them? Such a polarizing difference with just a color change, I'm really digging the way mine turned out. I may just buy a black set and sell my originals...
If prepped and applied properly it will hold up great. I have a set of wheels on my Dakota I plastidipped over 5 years ago that still look good and no peeling.

It has been a month. Drove it on mountain roads and high speed freeway. Holding up well. I like the rims. When they start to peel I will paint them and ceramic coat them. Did not want to spend 1200 on another set. I use dRustoleum Peel Coat as a base and then Plastidip. All total about 7 coats.
Probably not the best idea to mix and match products like that. Especially if you want good peel ability. Who knows how the Plastidip a d Rust-Oleum reacted with each other, being as they are different products with different formulas.

Yesterday I put on the tri-fold tonneau cover from Amazon. Not sure if it’s totally waterproof yet. I had to take it back off and use the weatherstripping it came with -that reads “for use on Fords”- because of the huge gaps on the back rail (next to rear window). This seems to have closed that part up, so just waiting for rain now to see how it does.

Got the Carli Kings put on!
I personally like the cosmetic appearance of the KING stickers over the CARLI ones, so that's the way I went. 🤷‍♂️

My amazon special tri fold came with weatherstripping for the back rail, too. I put it on, and it seems to keep the water out.

Were you able to get the brake controller to show you the readout in the dash? I still can't get that to work.
ya. In the dash scrolling menu thing, I move up and down in the menu and there is a trailer menu now. Once there, there are two screens (left and right): one is trailer brake and the other is trailer trip (mileage).

It doesn't show my trailer "name" in the dash, though. Not sure what would happen if I tried to change the trailer on the "Nav" center console...hmmm.

All I did was follow that dude's instructions and change the things in the BCM. (I think there were 4 things to change?)

I sealed up my tailgate from dust with a roll of Rok Block and a seal kit from Amazon, cut down a Dee Zee bed mat for the bed and installed the adapters/lugs so I can use my bed extender. I'm slowly getting my new truck set up how I need it.

I also set up an appointment to get the Hemi tick looked at and hopefully taken care of next Tuesday.

I installed a set of Diode Dynamics LED bulbs to the cargo and 3RD brake light today of my 2021 Ram. 5 minutes after the USPS mail man drove away, I had it up and running. They are incredibly bright bulbs. I pleased with the look. The brake light was for safety. the cargo lights were for me.
