I actually like the look of the bedmat in there! Your truck your call, but it looks good in my opinion. :D
Appreciate the input. The mat serves a greater purpose, and is easily removed, if anything. But yes, the look is absolutely growing on me. Love the RAM logo on the mat! Tailgate section is now a door mat to my tool room😁👍. Bed mat will stay as is!

Installed the Mopar tow hooks, while down here at my Dad’s, in Tennessee. Man, it’s hot here!!! 95 yesterday and 93 today. Pretty straight foreword. No direction sheet in the box. Had to watch a few YouTube videos. Lol. Pics are passenger side.

Nice! You have the same setup as me. Did you have any issues with the install? I had to take off the Retrax rail caps that came with the cover to get the tailgate shut. I think if I trim them it will work. Also I have too much of a gap where the side of the truck meets the tailgate both verticaly and horizontally. I need to to figure out how to seal that. Finally the tubes from the canister are too short and I need to find some tubing from the hardware store. You? I havent reached out to Retax customer service yet.

I added some bulk tubing from Home Depot. I forget what the exact size is. I brought in the Retrax hose/barbed drain and matched it. I used a bit longer length and ensured there was no "U" trap when I installed it. Been great. It stays put and has positive drainage.

Installed my Retrax Pro XR bed cover and some LED light strips.

It was a bit of an ordeal getting the Retrax. UPS lost part of the shipment. All’s well that ends well, however.

The light strips are spliced into the factory bed lights, so they turn on from the key fob, the cab button, the bed button, or when I open the tailgate.

The light strips are simply stuck on with the adhesive strip they came with. Time will tell how durable that ends up being. If they fall, I’ll try some 3M VHB tape.

On the passenger side is a slide for a Dometic fridge. I installed this some time ago, not today. I used stainless steel M8 rivnuts in the bed floor, and stainless steel bolts to secure the slide.
