What did you do to your Ram today???

I love the Ram Charger and the location in relation to my 12" screen. Wireless charging is always slower than a cord but that's the nature of the beast. I can always plug in if I need a quick charge. I've never owned a vehicle that had a designated spot for my smart phone and really appreciate Ram putting so much though into this feature.
Hey look here, man. This forum is for complaining about 5th Gen Ram trucks, not saying nice things. Please put a little more thought into your next post. ;)

Also, I believe, most systems have the heater core between the blower fan and the condenser. Blowing warm air through to the condenser seems a bit idiotic to me. Most vehicles have a regulator, I thought. The RAM does not have a regulator (that I know of). That ball valve is like a manual regulator, in a sense. You can turn the warm coolant, that goes through the heater core, off to get cooler AC. If I’m wrong, someone please correct me.
I don't think any modern vehicles have a "regulator" that stops coolant flow to heater core anymore. The blend door in the dash directs air either through heater core, or through A/C coils.

Drove some gravel roads to go golfing with my dad, brother, and nephew. Then came home and washed it and did a quick detail. Even removed the inside panel from tailgate to wash out all the dust from inside. Haven't washed it in driveway all summer cause hot sun baking on water spots sucks. Today was not as hot, and still ended up with a few water spots.

Had a great time at the Motorcycle Rally this weekend. Did about 500 miles of on and off-road riding including Tail of the Dragon (my wife's first time, but my 4th). She did really well.

Great weekend all thanks to this awesome truck! It's great to be able to tow our bikes anywhere now and not have to highway slab there. we never could have done a 5 day weekend in North Carolina before buying this truck.

I've wondered the same. My truck has the 8.4 inch screen. Right in front of the usb ports is a groove that hugs the phone nicely. I do use android auto by plugging into usb so it's a perfect position for that. I dont look at my phone much with that setup but i can see it if needed and it's in easy reach, and doesnt move at all. Maybe with the 12 inch screen the console below the screen is different?
That groove..... Are you referring to the phone holder? The fancy trucks even have a charger here. 😀

Looks great!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service - and to all those who served. Presidents, Vice Presidents and the corrupt politicians will be forgotten long before we forget the sacrifices of our veterans.
Thank you NorthStar, truly appreciated (y)

Is that the Tail of the Dragon?

Yep! Only place in Northern NC with a photographer posted up all day :) My wife didn’t have any photos of her self riding so this was a good opportunity.

Back to the truck (and reason for this post), she isn’t a long distance rider so to and from NC in 7 days on a bike is too much for her. She’s a 150 mile a day rider and doesn’t do interstate Riding so this truck has opened up so much for us. We can pack up the truck, drive one way for 12 hours, unload and ride roads together. We’re going to have a blast!

I just got back from Tennessee and I realized I took absolutely no scenic pictures of my RAM. IDIOT!!! But, I did end up getting 20.9 mpg down there and 21.7 mpg back up here to Michigan. That's pretty good, I'd say. I probably drove about ~1300 miles.

Took a stab at making some 30” light bar brackets. Used a cheap-0 Amazon bar for fitment before fully committing. Brackets turned out great and are 100% bolt on. Time to find a new lower light bar!

What brand light bar are you going to use? All spot or combo? Straight or curved?

Diode Dynamics most likely. As far as pattern I like their Driving patterned lights. I have their SS3 max pods with the driving pattern love them so figured that’s probably a nice complimentary bar to get.
