Thank you kindly!!
What did you use to paint the hood badge? And how did you get them off? After an interior/exterior cleaning I finally got around to putting on my WeatherTech mats, black plate frames, replaced the plastidipped rear badge with OEM, hitch cover, and painting my hood badges black.
@iupui1299 Looks great man! I may do this..
What type of dash cam do you have and is it hardwired? I was thinking about going with a Blackvue DR900s, not sure if I want the rear cam or not.
It’s just a 2.7” YI 1080P wide angle cam. Nothing fancy but takes good footage and was pretty cheap through amazon.
Hardwired?I have the same cam in my truck and the wife’s Jee and it’s been pretty solid. Pulling the SD card and looking at footage on the computer, it’s pretty dang good for what I paid.
Hardwired?
There’s a couple tabs, one approximately between the 1 and 5 and the other between the H and E. I used fishing line until I hit the tabs, then slowly lifted the corners until able to pull the tab out on both sides, followed by fishing line to separate the remainder of the badge from the adhesive and hood.
