What did you do to your Ram today???

Yes, post this and or check the 12.1 uconnect topic for this problem. You aren't likely to get help for a software issue under the "what did you do to your ram today" topic.
Thanks, I'll look that up!

John

No prob, I hope I didn't come across like a jerk lol, I didn't mean it that way. I just meant you'd have better luck to ask in the topic of your question, people wont come into this thread looking to help people with uconnect issues is all I was trying to say.

I'm over there now! Thanks for the heads up!

John

Had my Borla cat back exhaust system installed, but it’s pouring out here so sadly no sound clips today. Also posted my Carven 5” black tips in the classified section on here to give someone a chance for a great deal. :)

Just received whatis supposed to be a “ drop in “ air filter for our DT trucks. I’ll install it and report what I find. It’s about $50.00 on Amazon.

Know what I would do man? I tell you what, man, Two chicks at the same time, man

Take a look at one of the other threads where a guy painted the chrome grille.

I would keep your wheels and do a "night edition" style Ram.
It looks amazing, in my opinion.

What I'm getting at: I think the wheels look good, but I think just a few more black color elements on the front and the whole look will be pulled together.
You'll have a custom look too

I'm old school ..... or just old ..... Anyway, I love those stock wheels. Remind me of the old Keystone Klassics back in the day
The black are nice. I think you need to black some more of your chrome too

You don't need a million bucks to do that man.

I’m feeling you need just a little more black to tie in those wheels. Then again I suck at choosing wheels lol.

My dealer replaced my rear seat strikes today (seats didn't recline when we took delivery due to wear and tear on the strikes). It took us almost two months to get the parts. While it was there, I had them flash the H/K sound system. And tonight, I installed the bed step (or "Step Kit-Side", as they call it). That was a bear to squeeze in a tight spot!

What is the offset and backspacing of the 22's??

@SpeedyV | Are you referring to the OEM bumper step? I am in search of one but the dealer nor myself are able to find it. I understand it is not available now based on a previous post from someone that said they are no longer on the market because Ram has put them into "engineering review" but I would like to find the proper part number and such so I can figure out when they will be available again or make some calls and see if any dealer has one. Any help would be appreciated.

Search for ‘bed step’ or ‘step kit-side’ to find some of the previous threads on this (with part numbers). I ordered from MoparAmerica, received a response that it was out of stock and my order would be refunded...and then received a shipping confirmation a week later.
