What did you do to your Ram today???

How easy /tough was it to replace the factory speakers with the JBL’s?
Extremely easy took me 10 mins. I got the speaker wiring connectors through crutchfield. I already had the jbl’s since I had put them in my last charger but took them out before I traded it in. And then threw them in the ram. It was all plug and play

I’m also curious about this. Mostly the best way to remove the speaker grills without tearing anything up.
I took a flat head screw driver and then an edge will pop up. Just lifted it up. Really nothing to it.

I was just looking at Hottexhaust.com at they are having a 25% off November sale on the Magnaflow #19429. A complete cat back stainless system (black or polished tip for about $620. regular $828. free shipping!! Any of you have experience with Magnaflow??

John
Ordered a kit. $621 shipped to my door.
Thanks for the heads up!

Removed the awful 4x4 stickers and longhorn badges off the sides of the truck. Full detail to get ready for her first road trip (pretty sure my wife thinks I'm crazy). Used Chemical Guys leather conditioner for the first time, and I really like it. It doesn't leave the slippery oily look wipes do. Also installed the Moe's catch can. Can't wait for everything else to get here.

Pulled off the stupid 4x4 stickers (heat gun on low), put in the Bedrug (final installing pending arrival of adhesion promotor) and put on a Gator tri-fold as a temp until ARE comes out with a cap.

Finally got my Rebel rims swapped over. Just need lift and new tires lol.

Those mopar offroad running boards look neat!
Care to post more pictures, I'm curious about how far they stick out, do they eat into ground clearance, etc.

Interesting you have a rebel, but I see chrome bumpers, and are those goodyear MTRs?
Nvm I see you have a Laramie ultra-custom!

Replaced my “base system” 6 speakers with JL Audio C2s all around (3.5s and 6x9s) this week, then deactivated my ANC - sounds GREAT now though I wish the ANC wouldn’t have wigged out with the speaker swap. Still worth it for the sound improvement.

Debadged the tailgate and added my license plate cover today.

Installed the Coopers.
Only short trips so far, but liking them so far.

Swapped out the factory alpine dash speakers and put in JBL GX302 in. I highly recommend these speakers it’s a night and day difference in sound.
Did you use the 350w or 650w speakers?

John
