What did you do to your Ram today???

When I look into the box of my truck and see what my Line-X coating looks like just from dust gravel roads and periodic water from rain or the car wash that gets in even with a cover, I’d cry if I had a bed rug.
For me, it’s way easier to clean out periodically with a broom and my pressure washer. If I have to haul something precious, I just throw in a moving blanket.
My 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 has seen many projects in it's 23 and a half years. I have always used a tonneau cover and bed mat. When I do projects with dirt, gravel, concrete and such I use a discarded (20×40) pool cover folder over several times. It works great and I pull the cover out of the bed when the load gets manageable. Bed is still doing great. Covers are available each year as the neighbor does not reuse their pool cover.

I didn't do anything to my Ram today. I sold it a few months back. It was a sweet truck, but time to move on.

I got a notification on my Ram app that all systems were good. So, good for the new owner, but that reminded me I took pix of parts I pulled, and finally got them listed on here.

arent you supposed to delete your truck from the software?
I did a factory reset of the infotainment and didn't think any more about it. Completely forgot about the app, since I never used it. Not sure why I got the notification. Never got them before.

I still get updates for my 2021 Laramie. I can't figure out how to stop it.

you have to call them I keep waiting on the previous owner of my 22 to come drive off with it since he has the GPS position and apparently the extra key FOB (I only got one)

Then I’d have 2 things to clean.
It’s a truck. I ride in the front and haul stuff in the box. No need for cushy carpet back there. But that’s just how I role.
Yeah. it's not for everyone, but mine is a pavement princess and hardly ever haul. Quick bed setup for the ladies   :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

In 🇨🇦, the roadside speed cameras in unmarked vehicles were deemed illegal. I’m not sure how the red light/speed cameras got their way back into existence.
Last time I drove into Iowa there were suddenly speed cams up in several smaller communities. Even had signs up pointing them out.

That's because speed cameras aren't enforceable in Iowa. They are managed by their party company. Any fines you pay go to the company who runs the cameras and they give portion to local government

Sounds illegal. I’ll just keep doing this as I drive by.😆

Well, the sunroof creaking over bumps finally got to me(the extreme heat in CA the last few weeks only made this worse, so I spent some time and adjusted the rear glass and even out the gap. The passenger side was so far forward it was tucked under the front glass. Now a nice even gap and no more creaking sounds.

There are three screws on each side of the rear glass and surprisingly there is a lot of adjustability.
