Not needed. Adds nothing to structural integrity being welded completely across and could induce warpingLooks good but why didn’t they weld this part all the way through? Looks unfinished..

Thanks. I decided rather than fight what seems to be the inevitable spillage and dripping, I'd just direct the outcome. That is a ctually a clever idea!
I can't speak for anyone who uses a lift, but since I only have the front elevated, I don't imagine it's any amount to worry about. I would think the small dip in the pan itself near the plug would be more of a concern. With all these valves aren’t you leaving a bunch of crap in the bottom of the pan as the valve has to sit higher internally than just pulling the whole plug.
That is a good looking bumper, fits the character of the truck.Got better picture of the new rear bumper from www.wickedbumpers.com
Still waiting on park sensor clips.
That looks SHARP!! And I'm not a big fan of decals.Needed to break up the white a bit so put on some black line decals in the door handles and the black Rebel logo decals on the truck bedView attachment 170845
Thanks! I HATE decals, but there was just too much white from the side it looked like a work truck to me. Found the simplest Rebel logo I could find, $25 for both sides! That looks SHARP!! And I'm not a big fan of decals.
Reading your signature and wondering if you could review or point me to an existing post on your core4x4 rear arms. Towing? Drag racing? Thanks
I mean aesthetically speaking it looks half done. Warping and bowing can be prevented as long as you don’t concentrate heat in one area for to long and that all is subject to what materials you’re working with. Over all I’m not SH**ing on You I’m just saying it would look more appealing if the weld ran all the way across. Take it as you may just giving MY OPINION….Not needed. Got the front windows tinted to match today, really completes the full blacked out look! They tested the rears at 23% so we did 25% on the fronts. Went with the Llumar FormulaOne Pinnacle. Supposed to have great heat rejection and still have really good visibility. Very happy with the result!
My truck is white also. I wonder what Big Horn in a lightish grey would look like. I really like white trucks, other than my 2015 Cummins Big Horn in silver, which was a great looking truck. Thanks! Personally I don’t see an issue with all white. LOLNeeded to break up the white a bit so put on some black line decals in the door handles and the black Rebel logo decals on the truck bedView attachment 170845
