What did you do to your Ram today???

Today I……

Washed the truck
Detailed the engine bay
Installed my new sequential mirror lights (paint match mirror caps coming soon)
Detailed the interior

Finally installed Hellwig swaybar middle setting on my 21 limited.
I read multiple threads here on hellwig and how much of a difference it makes...
So I went in with high expectations, and even then, I was still blown away by how much better the truck drives!

Said goodbye to the 1/2 ton. Bittersweet, but happy to be back in a 3/4 ton. Unfortunately the truck I went in to buy was sold by the time I arrived at the RAM dealer, and on my way out saw this one parked on the curb at the Honda dealer next door. 2020 2500 with 48K miles on it. Right place at the right time!

All the chrome removed except for the wheels while I shop around for those:

If you don't mind, what's the payload?

Icon Alloy Rebound 18x9 0 offset I believe. Ridge Grappler 35x12.5R18. Fox 2.0 coils in the front and Icon 1.5 inch spings in the back. Had to do a bit of trimming and still rubbed slightly on cab corners with articulation while turning.

My truck came with the bedliner so I was bored and made a stupid purchase and decided to add a bed rug/ carpet to the floor and tailgate to keep the bed coating looking like new for longevity and it's easy on the knees when climbing in and out, and keeps items from sliding around in the bed of the truck. I opted out of the full carpet, I just didn't want that.

I have the V6 pentastar paired with the pedal commander, So I added a AFE cold air intake. I got this at a steal on Autozone's website around $275 complete shipped around the father's day sale. You can run it open or run it with the cover installed which decreases the sound. I usually run it open, it sounds amazing! I'm averaging @ 18 mpg city and @ 24 mpg on long trips.

Not stupid at all. I recently did the same, and my knees have been thanking me ever since. I can now crawl under the RTT.

However, my set the tailgate pad is attached to the bed section. All one piece.

Thank you for the info and additional pictures. Looks great. Are those flush mount lights in the lower grille?

Yes they are the rough country flush mounts. I really liked having the option to run them as normal LED pods or the Amber driving lights. Never got around to making a mounting bracket for them so they were mounted a little sloppy in the plastic grill insert.

Pentastar with the pedal commander you say?

What's that like?

Lucky man. I miss my 2500 in a bad way. After it was totaled by an asshat, I couldn’t afford to get another one. Had to settle for a 1500.

Worth having, especially if you HATE lag from throttle by wire. I've been running 1 for years on different vehicles. Just picked up one used for $100 for the 19 Laramie Hemi.
I've always heard good things about them but it was never clear if it made any realt difference for the V6.
