What did you do to your Ram today???

Got my speedometer calibrated today. 255.00🤬. Dealer bull crap. They had to purchase a software for the truck. It is what it is. Took Waze about 2 miles to rematch trucks speedometer. Probably just in my mind but I feel like the truck is driving more normal like before the lift. Dealer I bought the truck from told me they couldn’t do it. Took it to a local dealer so they banged me on the head. Laughs on them though cause I’m about to trade my wife’s Durango for a wagoneer. Not through them though😂😂

Now I can't initialize abs?
It seems that the number that works is different from truck to truck. You need to keep reducing the number until you find one where everything works. Your number will be lower than my 2705 since yours does not work @ 2695. Try 2685, if it still doesn't work, try 2775, keep trying until everything works again. Then increase by 1 until you find the highest number that works for you. Hopefully that number will be close enough for your speedo to be pretty accurate.

Sorry but that's silly. I'm talking about only the self parking function that isn't working, everything else work fine have random different circumferences for each individual truck doesn't make sense. Maybe there is a step I missed in the Alfaobd tire size change procedure. Can someone confirm it? Or are you guys talking about the self parking function? If there a way to check it in alfaobd. "Active parksense temporarily unavailable". No check engine light

For that price you could have bought alfaOBD, did it yourself and still filled your tank. Or bought a used TazerDT, don't it yourself and have all the other functions the TazerDT gives you

Have you tried it with the fixed parking lines? Granted these cams have made us worse at just doing it, but My tundra had fixed ones and it parked it fine, my GMC had only dynamic lines (which lie to you) or no lines so that thin was never parked str8 the whole time I had it

First thing I did was change my dynamic lines to fixed in the Ram and she’s str8 as an arrow ery time now.

I guess I’m old I use my mirrors I’ll glance at the screen before backing just to make sure nothing is behind me,

As silly as it may seem, this is the process I had to go through, and many other posts on the subject reflect this variance in circumferences, so take it as you will. I do not have the self parking, just the parksense proximity sensors, so maybe it is different for the self parking. Other than some time, what do you have to lose trying it? Ultimately it is your truck, what you do with it is up to you, but unfortunately the RAM computers don't seem to like to play well with 35"+ tires.

You cannot see a SHRUBBERY below the top of your tailgate in a mirror tho, sir!!!

Car show in my hometown today. Stopped by the covered bridge in the way out of town. This is the only covered bridge in Nebraska on a public road that you can drive through.
Do you have more pictures of your truck? I want to upgrade my limited to 295/60r20's, keep the stock wheels and add 3/4 inch spacers.

Kind of followed @MurphBigHorn footsteps and did a thing. Still not sure if I’m sold on the color combo but maybe time will change my mind. Wanted to break up the all black with some color:) The folks are @BRINK WHEELS Wheels were great to work with and they got it spot on with the offset I was looking for. The +12 brings it slightly past the fender which I feel like how the stock wheels should have come.

I'm willing to buy a magnetic oil drain plug that they can place during my next maintenance. And it got me thinking. Are there perhaps some other small, quick and inexpensive tweaks and upgrades that can be done to improve the car or as preventive measures?

Oil catch can, but you would have to check/empty it every few thousand miles. The one I have has a drain valve to make emptying it easy. I get about 2oz of stuff out of it every 2000miles.
