Wondering can you recall which part number that was ?
I see two on the Mopar store :

82208455AB ( https://store.mopar.com/oem-parts/mopar-trailer-hitch-plug-82208455ab )

and

82216302AA ( https://store.mopar.com/oem-parts/mopar-trailer-hitch-cover-82216302aa )

I think it's that second one you have.
Our 2015 Toyota Highlander came standard with a receiver plug, but I guess Ram figure if I want it badly enough I'll pay for it !

The AA plug has the Ram head, the AB plug says Mopar.

Should have kept the Highlander. A $12 receiver plug is a deal breaker.

Oh, and in fact the Highlander's not going anywhere, it's the wife's car, in which the kids get carted around in. Eeewww, what a mess they make of it ! They are 9 and 12, when will the mess ever stop ? At least it's not fish crackers now, but it's still terrible.
The truck is brand new, only a week old, jury's still out on whether the kids are going to be allowed ride in it :) Well, at least, there's going to be no eating allowed in it, if I can help it !
The truck was actually to replace the '07 Subaru ( pic below ) but I've decided to keep it. It's a useful run-around car, and with the turbo motor and 5 speed manual in it, it's a whole lot of fun to drive.

I opted for the Mopar logo one. Figured there was already enough Ram emblems on the truck, didn't need to add more.

Eibach 1” springs and rear shocks. Have the front adjustable struts too but haven’t installed them yet.

Installed black wheel covers. See how they hold up, might just keep them instead of spending the money on actual rims

Let me know if those brackets work out. I just ordered a set of pro’s from that site, good find man! Always love a discount.
👍
@R.Duff
Finally got to install the baja ditch lights. Putco bracketts work. Will start a new post with more details as i am also seeking some suggestions and feedback but here are some pics

Nice job! I don’t remember the Putco brackets saying you needed to cut though🫤 might be a deal breaker for me, but I already bought everything. Might have to opt for the more ridiculous priced brackets

Thanks !

Keep the Subaru, get rid of the kids. Well at least keep them out of the truck. You wait long enough hopefully they will be driving their own cars.

Fish crackers? Ooooh, oooh, ooooh….

Hahah i def remember those being all over the place, and that quote from back when my son used to watch curious George all the time. And we’d say it whenever we were vacuuming the cars out.

Oil change and new wipers. Every time, I remember how much I want to move that damn oil filter. At least the Valvomax drain valve makes the first half easier. M1 advanced full synth, and K&N Oil filter.
She needs a wash so bad from the pollen, another task for another day.

Those are nice covers @SnowBlaZR2. Is it something that you would not plan on taking off easily if you needed to haul something larger/taller now that you have it installed?
Moved a couple larger pieces of furniture over to storage today. Took just over 4 minutes for my wife and I to remove everything.
