Installed the OEM chrome tow hooks today. Think it completes the front end look.

This is the 3rd dog solution I've tried since getting the truck in May. 1st was this (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06W597YC7 ) but the issue was that this gives over the seat meaning when someone gets in the car, I have to remove the entire thing to seat people in the back and the dog had issues jumping up into the seat or down from the seat onto the ground.

Then I tried this (https://www.canvasback.com/dodge-ram-crew-14555.html) which would have been nice...it wasn't full coverage but the issue is it didn't stick to the rear carpet well despite my best efforts so I returned it.

So here we are on the final solution before I give up. This requires the rear seats are up. It fastens to the rear seat headrests and front. It also has a mesh middle piece by the console so the dog can see us and he can jump up onto the floor versus the seat which Is great. It's waterproof and padded and we added a dog mattress back there to which only takes up half of the floor so again, we could have one person sit in there with one seat down while dog occupies the other half with the seats split 60/40. I hope this works. He doesn't seem to mind:

I love those wheels btw.
Also, I just installed tow hooks as well and have a question.
Did your truck have the star washers on the bottom of the trim pieces that slid into the body?
Your supposed to re-use them on the new bezels.
Mine did not so the bottom of the plastic bezel is not secured and pulled down. Its fine, just wondering though.
I think Lowes has them

They really not needed, once you have the 2 nuts installed on the top, the bezel has no way to go. I did not use mine.

I agree. I did the same. I'll probably never use them, but didn't care for having the blanks there.

Thanks! I was wondering the same because they did not. But then I looked down on the ground when I was just about finished and saw 4 of them. They must have fallen out of the bag that contained the new bezels.

Yeah, I might remove the hood deflector tomorrow though. Don’t really care for how it looks from an angle. Kind of a waste of $150 from that perspective, but maybe I’ll be able to convince my dealer to take it back.

That's funny. I just installed mine today. I like it with my white/chrome theme. I do wish it went out a bit further over the headlights.

Yeah, that’s one of my complaints. Another is since there is such a high contrast between the chrome and my paint color, the middle dip/contour in the hood doesn’t appear fluid between the hood and the deflector. This is a picture before the deflector and I think it looks a bit better.

Installed an S&B air intake and a Pulsar earlier today. That air intake is a beast! Lots of parts. Looks and sounds great! It's snowing out now, so, I couldn't really test out the Pulsar. But, I can definitely tell the difference. Need some dry pavement!

No more stupid MDS.

No problems with either install (air intake took a bit longer than I thought it would). Pulsar didn't throw any codes. Thank goodness. I did buy the update cable, too. That should be here in a few days.

Had to take off my URP oil catch can, though (it's for sale, if anyone wants it), because the S&B is HUGE! :ROFLMAO:

Added auxito led high beams to go with the low beam and fogs haven’t had any issues and the beam pattern is great. And I have yet to be flashed 😁

images are low beam, low beam and fogs, high beam

Your truck looks much better without. The deflector makes it look like your hood isn't closed.

With Alfa OBD:
Changed my DRL’s to the turn signal
Adjusted my speedometer for 35” tire.
Enabled tailgate ajar warning.

About to go for a test drive and check my speedometer with GPS. Already tested the other two changes and they worked!

Read a 53 page post, buying the software, buying the module and cable needed, deciphering of the post made, watching some videos on how to manipulate the software and execution of what i bought and learned.
If you are asking the specifics of the AlfaOBD, i can share that too. Not sure what exactly you ate asking.
