Uconnect T25.51 Update

I would love to see what version I have, but unfortunately, there is nothing under the vehicle tab and apps tab. I just picked this truck up today and I can't do anything with the settings. I would love to adjust the clock at least. And I have some camera issues as stated earlier. I can't click the whole rear camera view without clicking a different one first. I just traded in a 2020 Limited for a 2022 Limited, and when I reversed there was a screen that popped up with seat options and stuff, this one doesn't do that, is that normal?
 
Only thing I noticed different after this update was my clock suddenly switched to 24 hr time from the 12 hr it was on before. Had to go into the vehicle settings to change it back. Thought that was odd. Otherwise everything else is operating as usual. Never had any issues with CarPlay or the rear cam.

Don't use Carplay, and my rear cam never did the blue screen (?) issue either. Must have been a specific scenario that didn't occur with my setup.
Irks me that I had to go in to the dealership and waste my time when they pushed it OTA a week or two later...

If your vehicle screen is blank and you can’t access the settings, create a new profile by selecting your profile at the top of the screen.
The new profile will make the vehicle screen populate, then you can go into settings and perform the factory reset.

Going to give that a try.
 
I checked mine today and it shows software version S26.17. It periodically makes like a casino machine chime sound on startup and sometimes goes to the Wi-Fi search screen on shutdown. Don’t know if any of that has anything to do with it trying to update. It shows good Wi-Fi connection when it’s in the garage. Not sure why I’m not getting a new update.

Radio updates come in over the cellular connection. I don't have wifi enabled, and I get the updates fine. Sometimes it takes a while.

I have an update problem on a limited MY23, this one being under S26.15, I can't install the T27.48 update

I tried a USB card in NTFS and FAT32, in OFF, ACC, and ON. The radio does not recognize the update.

But I managed to install it on a BigHorn 2020 under S26.17.

Do you have an idea ?

+1 on the clock changing to 24hr after the 27.48 update. I got the update OTA yesterday while I was in a restaurant eating lunch. Came out and got the message that the update was installed. All seems normal except the clock changed from 12hr to 24hr.

Try a different USB stick - my dealer tried one and it didn't work and the tech tried with his stick and it worked fine.

I am from Belgium and I have a Ram from AEC, I also asked my dealer that he can check for the update. As I am still on S23.15. But they were unsure...I think that the MY24 models probably will have a more recent version.

I have already made an update on a MY23 from S26.15 to T25.50 with GPS integrated into the instrument cluster, but I can't do it anymore, maybe a USB stick problem.

already being able to try with another USB stick?

tomorrow I go on maintenance and I will ask. Curious what they say as last time I asked them and they forgot but it seems that they are always surprised when I ask...like I am the only one asking for those updates...
 
Update on my yesterday's post.

I have version T27.48 as well now. It's also visual a bit different, especially as I'm coming from S23.15

In the license information I still see that it uses Android 8, 9 and 10 and no newer versions. As the actual current Android version is 13.

I have T27.46. I just got this truck 10/28/23 and the NAV keeps crashing and reloading every 8 minutes. I just picked up the truck yesterday from service the 3rd time. Each service visit they found an update but this 3rd time it kept failing on them and they said to call them in 2 weeks to see if a service bulletin was released. I am guessing they attempted to get T27.48 uploaded. I have no idea what previous versions I had. I just hopped on here to see if I could figure out, what they can't.
