I doubt there will be any issue with transferring the XM account... I transferred mine from my 4th Gen and it was easy-peezy.Does that mean you’ll have to reactivate Sirius and pay a fee to transfer to a new radio?

I assume that will all be handled by the dealership. I'm certainly not going to pay anything out of pocket!Does that mean you’ll have to reactivate Sirius and pay a fee to transfer to a new radio?
I've transferred Sirius a few times in the past with no issue. However, once when I had a module in the head unit replaced in my 2013 Volvo I had to pay a fee to Sirius to reactivate a new radio. They considered it a new device.I doubt there will be any issue with transferring the XM account... I transferred mine from my 4th Gen and it was easy-peezy.
I'm not leaving the dealer if Sirius is not activated.I've transferred Sirius a few times in the past with no issue. However, once when I had a module in the head unit replaced in my 2013 Volvo I had to pay a fee to Sirius to reactivate a new radio. They considered it a new device.
RamCares - thanks for responding via private message and I did receive a call from UConnect today and they let me know that my issue is still being researched with the engineers.
Bram2019 - all paired phones and devices are deleted and nothing plugged in... Thanks for suggestion but still nothing but continuous resetting.
MJP - I agree unreal. I guess bragging about my fancy new truck has come to an end.
UPDATE:
So after a week of continuous resetting I go out to start my truck on this past Sunday and its completely dead, no lights, no power, nothing.. So I had it towed to the dealer monday morning (can you imagine the sight of a new truck being towed). They kept the truck for a couple days and today the dealer informed me the continuous resetting drained the battery...but they were finally able to reload the UConnect software and it is no longer resetting. Battery is recharged and I picked my truck up and UConnect is working fine.
I really like my truck again!

@RamCares
Please let us knot the status of the voice recognition on the Uconnect. Specifially why the microphone is grayed out for voice entry for addresses in Nav, and voice free response to text messages and replies. In both situations, the grayed out icons means that particular software feature is diasbled. We all paid over $1200 for this 12" Uconnect, and it seems that the product you show is not fully complete. Then we should be reimbursed until it is. Please respond, and contact Uconnect, as you subcontracted to them. There are many threads on this.

Just adding in
Many problems with voice recognition when using nav
Any idea when update might actually make it actually usable
So, the new radio came in and I took my truck in first thing yesterday morning to have it installed. I received a call at around 2:00 in the afternoon stating that the new radio did not fix the issue and the problem persists. The radio still reboots itself every four minutes! My Uconnect had a few issues that were just minor nuisances really. The FM radio volume would fluctuate intermittently, it reset itself every once in a great while, each time I started the truck it didn't remember which track was playing on the usb thumb drive, etc.
I brought my truck to the dealer to have the two recalls completed. Like the OP, when I checked my VIN on the mopar site, it also said I had the latest version, but I asked them to check anyway and update if necesaary, which they did.
Now my radio resets itself every four minutes, like clockwork!!! Precisely every four minutes on the dot!! I brought it back today and asked them to try again, and now they're saying that the radio is bad and needs to be replaced!
So now I have to live with a radio that reboots every four minutes until the module comes in, whener that might be!! Awesome!!!
If you're experiencing minor issues with your Uconnect, you may want to reconsider having it updated!!
Good luck!
