Hello All. I just placed my order on 10 Sept. I ordered it with granite crystal metallic, TR2 with the red interior. One dealer told me that they couldn't put the order in until January. I checked with another local dealer and they put in the order. They didn't know a time table for delivery. Haven't got a VON yet.

VON# 46966336 Order has been accepted. No vin #.

Tried ordering from Koon's in VA. They said I need to go on long waiting list as their 8 allocated ones were sold. Tried a local dealer who said yes but the order specialist/salesman is only in during the week. Still waiting for that call back...days later. May just wait till next year when prices drop as they inevitably will.

Wondering if the guys who ordered are really getting their trucks in the usual 2 - 3 months.....or 6 or more months later while not being told of the true delay.

Job 1 is Oct 12th. The 702 Launch Edition trucks will be built first, and normal builds should start around the first week of November. First normal models would probably start arriving at dealers around Thanksgiving.

Was hoping the TRX was going to be at the Bloomsburg 4x4 Jamboree...but it wasn't.

I said on one of my other threads it would be cool to see RAM take the TRX on the tough truck course.

Looks like people attending the 4x4 Jamboree in Indianapolis will see the TRX and maybe a run around the course

I stopped by the parts department earlier today ...

The part number for the black skid plate is 5ZB47GXHAA in case one wants to swap out their grey one. I can't promise that they are identical but they appear to be so. I'll have mine installed at delivery and report.

The other thing I notice is that the RAM nameplate on the grille seems to have a grey outline around it, presumably to match the grey skid plate ... I wonder if the Rebel black nameplate will fit as they seem to have different grille configurations.

The skid plate is an excellent idea. I may need to do this with mine (blue but the bottom is black).

As for the RAM, its different from Rebel to TRX. The TRX is bigger and hollow to allow for air flow. Like the Chevy Flowtie on the Z/28. Probably going to have to paint it or something.

I did get a VIN the other day but on FB im hearing there could be delays. I was told expect it January when i put the order in.
Hydro, level 1, tow package, running boards, and bed cover.

Anyone know of a website for parts that doesn't lowball on price then gouge you on shipping to make up for it?

So how many can be built a week?
Plant shut downs for the holidays?

I was told late December most likely January to get mine. How long does it take from starting on the line to delivery?
