Two sources told NBC News that the Secret Service flagged a building near the rally site as a security concern. Investigators will be scrutinizing how a gunman was allowed to scale it.

What about that video shows or even suggests they had 7 minutes of visibility on this guy? Was he even on the roof at that point?

Yep just what the guy put in his post.

This is the first video where I’ve seen of the Secret Service snipers standing up right with their binoculars trained in the direction of the unsecured roof top and the shooter.

If I had the full video (and technology) I could match up the guy holding the sign up to hack the clock until the first round was fired.

You could argue the Secret Service sniper closest to the camera was a few degrees to the left of the shooter while the guy on his right seems to be on target.

For all we know this video was shot an hour before Trump took the stage or it was shot 7:21 before he took a round to the ear.

If true they had 7 Minutes and 21 Seconds of their eyes on the shooter.

There needs to be a time line made between the guy who was interviewed by the BBC when he started waving at the local LEO’s , the video of where people are yelling he has a gun and we see the guy on top of the building, to the first round being shot and pare it up with the Secret Service Snipers.

I understand the issue of Blue on Blue but at least someone should have removed Trump from the stage until this issue was resolved or taken out.

Why did the video cut off so quickly? Looked to me like the snipers in the video were in the peocess of repositioning when the video cut off. Can't even say they were looking at the shooter

There were metal detectors and people were fully searched.

I was watching an excerpt of some talking head on CNN and once again CNN was talking about how Trump was claiming if he loses the election there will be a “bloodbath“ so he is responsible for a part of the violence perpetrated on him and America.

Anyone have a third grader in the house and have them watch this clip:

(1) Do they think Trump was talking about in the US automotive industry and there will be a “bloodbath” for the automotive industry along with American workers with China importing cars from Mexico?

(2) Trump is saying there will be literally a “bloodbath” in the streets because he lost the election?

It's crazy how I said the same thing earlier...

I'm not sure why people are focusing on the CS team. They appear to have done their jobs.

Valid point. However, USSS has overall responsibility for ensuring every layer of security.

CS team may have a primary AO further out, but if they're fixated on one arear, they're dropping the ball.

Starting to see intel indicating they had eyes on him and could not get a go from command. That sounds like asset control problems.

He was eluding to the automotive industry, but this gave the socialists a great clip to use in their ads, news, and speeches. Sleepy and some of the drive by’s lie and said Trump told us there will be “bloodshed”. 🙄

I can't disagree more strongly on a public forum, so lets just say this: Trump only cares about Trump. All his political grand standing is just because he loves the attention, and more importantly it gets him in power and control.

I'd probably vote republican if I was American, my political leanings are conservative on most issues, but I could never vote for Trump. Republicans need to expel him from the party and find someone that is attractive to both moderates and republicans.

I mean you all can't stand Biden and I can understand why, but its pretty telling that Trump has trouble defeating him, any sane republican should be able to phone it in and still beat Biden.

Sorry I missed your post but Trump has never wavered from his care of America and the American worker. The US worker was sold down the river years ago (mid-1980’s?) with the saying of “we’re going to send all of those jobs that gets your hands dirty overseas and keep the high tech jobs.” Who can forget Ross Perot’s famous saying, “that giant sucking sound.”

Not a lot of effort to go back and find almost every politician who has flip flopped on every major issue and the icing on the cake is the video of Michelle Obama and she wasn’t “proud to be American.”

They say NYC is a small town because the very rich run in a very small circle. Once again it isn’t hard to find videos of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and Don King showering praise on Trump but find me one guy who says Trump was in a smoked filled room with just a bunch of guys joking around and he used the N word or other derogatory term about blacks.
