Very well said and true, this is our second trip towing the 33ft TT and it pulls my trailer w ease. Granted I stay at about 65-67mph but it's nice to be w my family and talk about more things along the way on the road.I appreciate Laz reports, as many are wondering if they made a mistake not ordering the 3.92 rear end. For those who do not tow daily, the 3.21s are fine. I tow a tandem axle utility trailer to haul a tractor and implements between properties (7000#) and a bass boat (3500#) to the lake. The 3.21s are up to the task for this type of towing. I would not hesitate to tow larger trailers within the trucks towing capacity. When not towing, I like the slight increase in MPG and lower RPMs going down the highway.
There is no question the 3.92s shine off the line and in the mountains. If towing is a primary use, I would not hesitate to get them. But the truck is fully capable of towning with the standard rear end.
Happy Labor Day weekend everyone!!!
Hope u get some time off soon and enjoy the weekend as well, dont work too hard budEnjoy the camping trip! I wish we were out this weekend but I have to work unfortunately

Do you have the air suspension? Your truck looks like it has all sorts of space between the rear tires and the wheel wells. Is that because of weight distribution hitch? I tow a 28ft travel trailer and if I do not use the weight distribution hitch, you can see how much it compresses the rear suspension. I had progressive rubber helper in my 2014 and it made a big difference. I am currently looking for suspension help for my 2019 ram.Pics from earlier today getting ready to gor the road for labor day camping trip.
I use Timbrens (SES) in lieu of the factory bump stops. Just hard rubber boots is all they are and only allows 2" of travel on my rear end and that bcuz I have 1-1/2" gap from Timbren to rear axle. Once I put the WDH it takes off another half inch. No air ride due to voiding factory warranty.Do you have the air suspension?
